I came to Mainspring on August 1, 2024. It was the best experience I've ever made in my life. This is a great place to start your recovery. The staff here are wonderful and actually care about our recovery process. The nurses are caring and do the best they can to have your needs met. Andrew and Eugene are the best Group facilitators you could ask for. My experience was such a blessing. I so recommend to come here if you want Recovery. Just know it won't be easy as anything in life. That has a great reward. The best reward is Living life... Janice was my counselor she helped my all the way through. I wouldn't change this experience for nothing in the world. Remember Stick and Stay!!!

The facility in the staff was extraordinary. The facility was clean. Neat and welcoming. They were kind understanding. They knew the passion that I had within me to give back. I’ve been to mainspring recovery twice and there’s a reason I came back. The group facilitators, counselors, nurses, and staff are all super helpful and you can really relate to a lot of the staff because they are also in recovery. The rooms are comfortable and typically everyone is very welcoming.

We need more individuals who care as much as these folks do. Addiction is not the stigma society treats it as. Addiction is a mental health issue that requires treatment in order to overcome, and it can be overcome, but you have to want to be free also. The staff and counselors are proactive, and human beings; they will be nice to you if you are nice to them. (Some are in recovery also, so can relate to what your going through which I appreciate)

I feel like I "got lucky" to have been helped here. The staff actually does care about their clients. It was better than what I would consider what "rehab" would be. The group facilitators Emily and Eugene were really insightful and could relate to the clients. The councilors were highly intelligent. The CAs and nurses were always kind to me.
