My body was aching it was very tight and the lady knew exactly where I needed help. I've had the best deep tissue massage and will highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and the place look great. Will definitely be going back once a month.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Ton Poh Spa, having visited numerous times. However, my recent experience was beyond disappointing. The customer service here is absolutely horrendous, even in extenuating circumstances. Due to unexpected roadwork, I was caught in heavy traffic. I called the spa in advance to inform them of my situation, hoping they’d show some understanding. Unfortunately, the only options they gave me were to lose my deposit or cut my session short—no flexibility whatsoever. It’s disheartening to see that, despite my repeat visits, they don’t seem to value their customers enough to accommodate an unavoidable delay. This experience left a bitter taste, and I expected much better treatment.

I recently booked an appointment for my wife at Ton Poh Spa, but unexpected roadworks caused a delay. I called ahead, explaining the situation and hoping for a bit of understanding, especially since we’ve been regulars. Unfortunately, they showed no flexibility, leaving us to either lose the deposit or shorten her session. The lack of empathy was disappointing, and because of this experience, we won’t be coming back.

Pha was incredible. I am a sports Physio and have travelled all around the world and had some wonderful massages. But boy can this Thai masseuse pack blinder with her deep tissue massage. It’s a huge feat as I am such a picky and fussy client. Will be travelling the 250 miles to book in with Pha again. Will not disappoint!!!

Lovely masseuse, very friendly and easy to talk to.

Downside is the massage didn’t have any anatomical strategy. No clear use of understanding when it comes to muscles and ligaments and the areas that are very tense and need focus.

It was a nice stroke with ok pressure but I think this is best only if you are looking for a gentle soothing massage, rather than treating knots and tense tissue.

I included extra time massaging feet as my pressure points need extra attention but again the foot massage was a bit haphazard and unintentional.
