Sarah was fantastic! I don’t get massages often, but she made me feel so comfortable. My neck was very tight (mom life to several small children), and it was amazing to feel her literally work the knots out. I feel great! Looking forward to returning in the future!

The lady who did the actual massage was very nice. However, I will never go back here again because of how the receptionist treated me. I am a 80 year old lady who struggles to walk a distance, especially in this 101°F weather. In times past it was never a problem for me to leave the building through the back door by the parking lot. Knowing my struggles, my masseuse even specifically told me to ask the receptionist to let me use that door. But this receptionist not only refused, she was unbelievably rude and condescending about it, and told me if it’s that difficult for me to make the trek around the building in the heat it’s my fault for not bringing a walker. Sorry but I will not continue to give my business to a place that employs such rude and uncaring people. I’ll get my massages somewhere else from now on, thank you.

I am impressed with my inaugural experience at Woodhouse! Despite being a massage novice, I was blown away by the relief it brought to my shoulders and the tingling sensation I’ve been experiencing. Jeremy's expertise was evident as he swiftly pinpointed and addressed my areas of concern with precision, employing just the right techniques to ease tension in my muscles. Needless to say, I'll be incorporating this treatment into my regular self-care routine!

WH SIGNATURE: CALMING RETREAT

I got to experience the new location the last time i had a massage from the WH day spa was in 2018, overall the place is amazing the services are top notch!! I had Nicole (she has glasses) and she did an amazing job for my massage.
The only reason im commenting 4/5 is because with the new location is right next to the main street in Belton so while i was enjoying the massage and the peaceful music and sounds / environment a few times i could hear cops, loud music from cars, and loud cars :/
So i couldn't fully relax; but maybe it was because my room was by the entrance maybe the back rooms are more peaceful and quiet~

Had a wonderful experience with my Head to Toe package. 3 hrs later I feel awesome. Each individual listened to what my concerns were and helped appropriately. Perk of pedicure was no frills involved. My facial I don’t normally have good experiences, she changed what was planned to pick a better fit, I’m thankful I didn’t leave as red as a crayon. My massage therapist was awesome targeting my problem areas while keeping me feeling relaxed and balanced. Thanks ladies! Much appreciated. The front desk girls were sweet too ☺️

Had a horrible knot (possible pinched nerve) no mobility exercises or stretching would fix. Also couldn't move my shoulder fully and all that's better now. Definitely will be back.
