Windsor Gardens is a nice facility with an even nicer staff. The care they give resembles that of how I would care for my own loved ones. I would like to give a special shout out to Cheyenne. She does a really good job with selling the values of the building. This building is one of my favorite buildings to visit because of their passion and care for the residents.

If you want your love one to receive decent care and want to know what care they are receiving,
Do not come here. My mom spent 2 weeks here in rehab. The staff was friendly but Administration was horrible - rude, unprofessional, & definitely not focused on patients care. The Administration team does not like for the family to ask questions about their loved ones care. I had to file a complaint with corporate just to find out her care plan. Needless to say, that same evening I got a call telling me she was being discharged. Very convenient. Then when discharge day came, Administration would not give me a time. Her Humana case Worker called the facility, obtained info, and provided it to me.
If you don't want a "Jenny from the block" experience, stay away!!!

Windsor garden is absolutely fantastic. One of the only 5 star facilities in the area. Their liaison Monica is a Gem and she’s made the transition so seamless. I can’t wait to see what else they do here.

I’d only recommend for short term rehab. It’s two totally different experiences. Long term side stinks awfully bad. My grandma is always dirty (clothing & especially her face). 80% of staff inattentive — you could literally be standing at the desk saying “excuse me” but their faces are in the phones with their AirPods in. It’s been 2 months & Im seeking other options. My grandma has been found on the floor after God knows how long. & I know they’re not checked on often because I’ve tested pushing the call button myself & have waited 30+ minutes. They have moved her multiple times but never her things. If they do they’re tossed on the floor or in the closet until we come in & reorganize. Yet her snacks are at the front desk? I’m not sure what day laundry is done but it’s never done unless we ask (this is actually on short term side as well). The different shifts have no communication whatsoever. We always have to wait to ask different staff for certain things & they’re still clueless. Even when it’s time for her to go to dialysis her things are mashed in her bag & they don’t even check it upon returning, just tossed go the sides. We have found loads of meds they sent back with her & staff were unaware. If you’re unable to physically check on your loved ones often I wouldn’t recommend for long term. We chose this facility to have stress taken off of our shoulders but so far it’s just added stress.

I'm currently a resident here . This facility is amazing. The staff is one of a kind. I appreciate them for everything. If I had to come to a place for therapy windsor would be the only place I'll go to.

Everytime I walk into Windsor Garden the place is always nice and tidy. The staff always pleasant and professional to work with and they have a fantastic rehab.

Monica their liason has a servants heart and truly goes above and beyond for the patients/ residence and family members

I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family. The care my father received while rehabbing after his incident was top notch. The staff was very pleasant and attentive, the facility was clean, and my dad was back functioning because of their care. Thanks for all that you all did for my father and our family!!!

If it seemed possible to give zero stars, I would. This place is deplorable to say it best. Customer Servicr should be first and foremost. At no point should a resident be sat in the shower for more than hour without being updated, attended to, or at the very least rescheduled until proper staffing was available.

There a few exceptions to the staffing that are commendable. Overall, the care recieved was subpar. Stay clear of this place if you truly love your person in need of their care.
