My husband received excellent care at this facility. He has been in 4 different rehab facilities, and Willow Park was by far the best. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the nurses’ station to the workout room. His room was cleaned every day, and his care was better than all the others. The food wasn’t great but okay. At least it was cooked on site, served hot, and he was given a choice. Thank you, Willow Park for caring for my husband.

I’m currently here and get great care. Physical therapy is top notch!! They have such patience with me as I'm going through such a difficult transition in my life right now but still push me to continue to meet my goals so that I can go home! Sure, there’s always things at every place that could get a little improvement. But let’s be honest. That’s at every single place no matter what’s the job or the position that’s just life! Speaking from someone who over the last 10 years Has had to stay at quite a few facilities for rehabilitation after being in the hospital from my MS. I can honestly say this one rates in my top three and probably could even say my top two to be honest. My family read over the reviews and I was very skeptical, very very skeptical. However, my daughter had heard good things about Willow Park Rehab so she decided to take a tour herself. After she told me what she had seen and how she felt about this place, we all felt confident that this was a right place for me to be at this point. So if you’re like me and you usually go off reviews, do yourself a favor and come tour the place first before you make your final decision. Oh, and a big thing for me is how does it smell the second you walk in or “roll” in(in my case) and then after you’ve been here for a little bit . My daughter gave me the thumbs up on that. But there was some confusion at the hospital and so forth about when I was supposed to arrive here so I showed up a day early. They were not expecting me at all and did not have anything ready for me at all , but the second they pulled me through the front doors it smelt amazing and after I’ve been here a minute and you know your senses have calmed down it still smelt good. It didn’t give you that yucky smell that you get sometimes when you first walk in with that “nursing home vibe”. I’m still trying to figure out what the scent was because it really did smell good lol! I know it may sound silly, but it relaxed me a little bit as I went through the process of them trying to figure out what was going on and all that other mess it kind of made me feel like OK give them a second, they might have their crap together a little bit. Well at least I’m glad I did because they quickly got everything together and got me where I was needed to be. They apologized for all the confusion which come to find out wasn’t even their fault. And as the days went on, I seen exactly what my daughter was talking about. I know some other people had not a great experience and I’m not taking that away by any means at all. However, you have to have someone that’s willing to speak up for you when you’re in a place like this And communicate with the staff what’s going on because if they don’t know that you’re having issues or you don’t think your feelings being cared for they can’t fix it. Anytime we needed to address it I'm the slightest question, trust me my girls were on top of it, but what was even better is once the staff was told they got on top of it too, and it was corrected right away. . I just felt it was important to get a review from someone who is currently staying at this facility for weeks on end right now. I don’t know when I’ll get to go home and someone who gets a continuous stream if care and how this place is truly being dealt with.

Mom had rehab after a major head injury in August 2021. The staff was great except for the weekend which was a temp healthcare company. Went in on Monday and told the head person about the lack of care, they fired and got a replacement care company immediately. The rehab was excellent and nursing staff were much appreciated. Mom recovered much better than expected.

They never answer the call buttons of your loved ones. They will leave dying people in pain without pain killers for hours. They don’t care. Hospice nurses will have to ream out the staff and ask them why wishes were ignored. The “Chaplin” came in and started screaming hallelujah at her .. what? Like maybe ask her what you can do to comfort her instead of being weird and loud.

Update- they touched my aunt WITHOUT her consent. What purpose is there to forcibly brush a dying hospice patients teeth, weigh them, or force them to do anything?! This is disgusting. They wait till family leaves / after visiting hours to do these terrible things. How is this legal l?

Both my Grandpa and my Greatma were sent here for what ended up being their final place of care, and I am thankful it was here. The staff are friendly and caring, the facility is clean and well kept. Everyone was respectful to meet our needs at time of sorrow and grief. Thank you Willow Park Rehab
