I have no experience as a former employee nor do I have any hands on experience with residents at Wellbridge. The experience that I do have and I am not surprised after seeing many reviews from former employees, was after a phone call from the Director of Admissions, Ashley Walli, her calls came to an abrupt halt. Her last call to me was to complete a 10 minute phone call but that never took place. Her initial call was to get in touch and she said, and I quote, "I am super excited to speak with you due to your myriad of experience". I have been in the field for well over 25 years and what I've come to learn is that there is a very different person in this field. It appears that the respect in this generation is lost and a simple phone call would have been satisfactory regarding why the decision to stop the process. I've made it a point to always return calls especially in this field. After doing my homework and speaking with those in the field that have worked at Wellbridge or are currently there, I would decline an opportunity after what I've heard about the center. No accountability or responsibility seems lost.

Wellbridge was an amazing experience in the sober process.. My counselor, Samantha was absolutely amazing in the healing and learning process. I learned so much about myself with Samantha. I will forever be grateful for her knowledge, kindness, and caring. without Samantha, I would’ve left Detox onto another facility. She made me think about the importance of trying new and different things. I will always be grateful to Sam..I want to thank Krystal as well!!Krystal was instrumental and helping me realize that I needed more, helped me find a 90 day program that I am excited to be attending.. Krystal was instrumental in my learning process and recovery process. I will always be thankful for Krystal as well. Wellbridge is very fortunate to have these two women helping people in their recovery. The nursing staff as well was absolutely kind caring and amazing at their jobs. Wanna thank everybody that was part of my recovery shout out to you, Kelly.!!

I wrote negative comments in the past blaming this facility for my shortcomings and even made comments that I was going to take them to court. While in another inpatient, I realized how wrong I was. Addict 101, Blame everyone else other than myself because clearly everyone else is the issue and i'm perfect.

This is a Wonderful Facility which offers so many amazing amenities to their clients. The Counseling staff is amazing, the facility Is spotless, the rooms are very comfortable.
The owner has an amazing story about why he started Wellbridge.
If you are able to go here, then go.

To the wellbridge senior staff. I apologize for blaming you for my issues. For every time I point my finger at someone, three fingers are pointed back at me.

As a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in substance use disorders, Wellbridge is at the top of my list for my clients who need a higher level of care. The facility was absolutely stunning and the staff who I met with are so obviously passionate about what they do.

While I was on only site at Wellbridge as a vendor, I did explore almost all it had to offer. The facility is newly built, very luxurious, and large. It's what you'd expect from a resort with swimming pools, plenty of greenery, activities like Yoga, full gym, and spaces and areas to relax in, plenty of delicious food to try and polite staff. I believe anyone who visits this site would be accommodated with the highest quality of services and be more than satisfied with their time here.

Everyone at Wellbridge was very professional yet compassionate. I was pleased with the quality of care for my loved one, from the intake coordinators to the therapists. The tranquil setting along with the great clinical care makes helping your loved one that much easier. After inpatient treatment, it’s so nice to have the support of an IOP to help stay sober and in the right path.

As a former staff member, I didn’t realize how miserable and depressed I was until I stopped working here. I currently have a job that brings me joy and am so grateful that I left Wellbridge. It’s chronically understaffed which leads the patients to suffer. I found that there are little to no consequences for abuse towards staff members to the point where the job got dangerous which led to less engagement with patients, which then led patient-staff rapport to suffer. The administrators do not seem to care about the staff at all and ask way too much and never acknowledge the hard work they put in. Just my opinions and observations. As a patient, seeing what I’ve seen, I’d go somewhere else. As a staff member, run.
