Highly recommend Victoria Crossing! The facility is clean and recently updated and renovated! The staff is amazing. So caring and compassionate. Therapy and nursing are outstanding with focus on resident and patient wellness and provide excellent outcomes. The care and time that the administrator Kim gives to the families and her residents is unmatched! The dining is excellent with plenty of food options all prepared with attention to a great dining experience. I truly recommend Victoria Crossing for the peace of mind it provides for both rehab and long term care. Thank you Victoria Crossing!!

From the moment I first walked into Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center, I was struck by how amazing it smelled. It was such a refreshing change from other facilities I've visited. The staff here are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly love what they do and have a deep commitment to the residents' well-being. The facility itself is beautiful, but it's the amazing, caring staff that truly sets it apart. Highly recommend!

My mom was in rehab here for several months. The nursing staff was very kind and caring. The CNAs are very busy, but did their job well & with a smile. The nurses informed me of any changes to my mom’s health, tests ordered & results. Nurse Ki’Aysa was outstanding & communicated with my mom, me & my sisters on a regular basis. DON Tiffani was prompt in responding to our questions or concerns, even on a weekend. The reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is the food. In summary, I believe the staff here care about the patients and their well-being.

I had never heard of this place until my great Aunt needed rehabilitation. The first person I actually met there was the Director of Nursing Tiffany Zuromski. Tiffany showed me around the beautiful updated facility, and on our journey I met some very nice and polite staff members who appear to really enjoy their jobs. One such Nurse was Kiasya. Kiasya was very helpful and instrumental in getting my aunt settled in, and easing her fear of being away from family and home. The rehab department is very good at their craft. They always put the resident needs first. Maura is one of the best Rehab Directors I've ever run across. I highly recommend Victoria Crossing.

My mother has been in and out of many nursing homes/rehabs for years now. Some of them were ok and some were downright horrible. But we have never experienced such an amazing group of caring individuals as we have at Victoria crossing. The care providers at this rehab are top notch. We never have to worry if mom is well taken care of as the nurses and cnas to the administration are always showing so much love and compassion. We noticed such a positive change to my mother's care and happiness here. The cnas and nurses always have her bathed and clean with her nails clean and hair done to make her feel fresh and comfortable. The rehab techs have been so wonderful as well she is doing so much better than she ever was under others care. We especially love the family atmosphere and how we can always count on the care team treating her like family. This is such a wonderful facility and I can't thank them enough for the wonderful personal care my mother receives under Kim and her team of loving care professionals.

Placing your family in a safe, clean, caring & healthy facility is important. Victoria Crossing provides tender, loving care to each resident as though they were family! The staff truly cares: compassion & integrity is apparent. Kimberly Lucadano, ED has always taken time to engage with residents and their families; she cares and these ethical practices are in the employees. I appreciate the help that is offered. Not on is the facility beautiful, the service & care is phenomenal. Service with a smile, with loving hands and caring hearts....thank you for setting the bar for superior senior care
