I had the pleasure of touring Tikvah Lake and spending time with several of the staff members. As a professional in the industry, it’s extremely valuable to know treatment programs and the staff implementing those programs. After a day and a half learning about Tikvah Lake I’m confident in sending clients there. I know they will be taken care of in every aspect from their hospitality team to their clinical team. They go to great lengths to treat each of their guests uniquely and individually in designing a treatment plan and meeting them where they are at. The accommodations are top tier and the attention to detail and care are impressive. Outstanding in what you do Tikvah Lake!

Tikvah Lake was, by far, the best experience I could have asked for while in treatment. They provide phenomenal therapy that assisted me in working through the underlying issues of my addiction. Katherine goes above and beyond and unlike most facilities, cares about each individual that walks through the door. It shows. Mary, Lesley and Angel are absolutely phenomenal at making this place feel like a home while here. Additionally, bonus, they have a five star chef that I couldn’t boast enough. The other therapists at the facility (Byron is amazing and David too) changed my perception on life and staying sober.
I was there for 30 days and if you’re looking for a luxury treatment facility that will change your life and get you on the right path, I highly recommend Tikvah Lake.

Being fully transparent, I have gone to rehab twice including with Tikvah. The first time I ever went it was good but there wasn’t enough of individualized therapy sessions that I needed for myself. With Tikvah, I’ve gained coping skills, and they helped me get to the root of my addiction. The 1on1 therapy sessions helped me immensely and helped me see things with a different perspective. All of the staff (therapists, Zach with onboarding, and staff with the day-to-day stuff) are absolutely amazing. They truly care about you as a person and want to help you get back to a normal life that consists with your morals and healthy lifestyle outside of addiction. 10000% highly recommend.

I am a guest here. I absolutely love it here. It has changed my life 100%. I do not have any cravings for alcohol, and I feel that the counseling that I've received has really just put me over the top, changed my life, and I'm looking forward to where I go from here to my next chapter.

I love the staff here. They are all wonderful. They do everything for you. Anything you can ask for. They're personable, and yet they're not in your face all the time, but they're right there with you whenever you need them.

I feel really at home here. It's a nurturing place. Going out on the boat is so much fun, and it's tranquil. The waterfall on the spa is tranquil. It's just relaxing. And you do your homework, though, and you really get into your own personality and dig deep.And it's not a walk in the park, though. It's a serious program. You really are here to evaluate yourself and get into the nooks and crannies as to why you might be a user. The food is amazing. Oh, my gosh.And he makes me the special food, whatever I want. And I'm a very picky eater. My room's nice. It's wonderful.It's nice and homey. The bed's comfortable. You feel like you're at home. You really do. And you go and play cards, and we play left, right, center, and all kinds of different games, and you just are always doing something.

Love the environment. It's wonderful.

I completed a month-long stay at the Park Manor location. My experience was amazing. Of course I was nervous but upon arrival I was warmly welcomed and given a tour of the facility. Over the course of the next 3.5 weeks I had individual sessions (the sole reason I chose Tikvah/Park Manor) split between three therapists (Katherine/David/Byron). I can't say enough about the care I received. I managed to work through issues, some of which were decades in the making. Each therapist has a unique approach which had me evaluating things through many different lenses. The ladies who manage the house are fantastic and the personal meals prepared daily are an added bonus. Treatment here will not be the least expensive option (they acknowledge this up front, thank you Jill!) but having multiple individual sessions daily is/was worth the added expense to me! I can't say enough about my experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This facility is disgusting. Not in terms of cleanliness but what they represent and stand for. A non accredited for profit “rehab” that facilitates 2 hours of functioning groups a day. Basically a resort to dry out on but with their lack of security measures and drug testing the residents are actively getting high at their will. A simple door dash delivery does the trick. If you are looking for a facility to actually gain some resemblance of recovery and sobriety you can spend your money on dozens of better equipped and ran facilities. I had a family member attend this program and if I could have left no stars I would but google wont allow it. I filed complaints with SAMSHA but being they’re not accredited they don’t have to answer to anyone. Look past the fake good five star reviews and you’ll find these people steal money, don’t care and are for lack of better terms, disgusting. The fact that it’s ran by a Chabad they should be ashamed for their representation to the Jewish community and the recovery community. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The team at Tikvah Lake went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and the therapists were wonderful, each bringing a different perspective to the healing process. If you find yourself in a place to need help, I highly recommend this place.

When the admissions coordinator told me Tikvah Lake and their therapeutic model is superior and more advanced than most, I had no idea how true that was! As I write this review, my hope is that people who need real help will understand how valuable this program is for their lives!! From the moment you walk in the door you not only get a nurse called Tallulah, you get her true heart and spirit which is a loving mother and grandmother! I tell her all the time she’s my long lost Maymah, the sweetest Southern Grandma I always wanted and never had!!! ️ The Clinical Dr and Lead Therapist is called Katherine, well Miss Katherine to me ?‍♀️, this woman goes so far outside of her job duties that she makes you feel like she would do anything at anytime to save you! To help you! To love you when you don’t feel loveable! To support you when you’re having a mental breakdown and it’s 8pm or even later and she answers the phone EVERY TIME on the first ring!!! If you need someone or somewhere to lift you up and take your life in their hands, please give your hand to Tikvah Lake!!!! It will save your life bc it saved mine! Mary and Leslie, the executive concierge staff are the perfect combination of professional and personal, and make me feel like we’ve been best friends for years. I’m tearing up rn just thinking about the fact that I’m about to move my family right next to Miss Katherine so I can continue to learn from her! I could go on forever but I will end with this…. If you’re broken in any aspect of your life, YALL I’m telling you, Tikvah Lake will pick up the pieces and glue them back together and you won’t even see them doing it. You’ll just feel whole once they’re done!
