I placed an online appointment. Received an email confirmation. Followed instructions and arrived 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. I drove an hour to the V Spa. I arrived and was informed by the property manager that V Spa hasn't been in that location in over a year. The voicemail says Hello and hangs up. Don't waste your time.

I too would put zero if I could. I scheduled this appointment over two months ago. I attempted to confirm some details and couldn’t get through (phone constantly busy). I then emailed her and DM’d her and got this response

“When did you book this appointment? Our books have been closed for several weeks for new appointments, and we are not announcing any updates of openings as of yet.

My apologies in this confusion and inconvenience. Our system shouldn't have allowed any appointments to be made without deposits and moreover during any schedule blocks.

We will fix this immediately and send you a credit of 10% off any future bookings.”

She then canceled my appointment and said “Aww, so sorry you can’t make it this time”

Are you kidding me? If you are looking for a reliable spa experience this isn’t it.

Tried this beautiful treatment for the first time and LOVED every minute. Left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
It’s at a luxurious med Spa with top of the line v steam chairs and an entire selection of herbal formulas to choose from. Not to mention how nice and informative staff was. Everyone is certified Vaginal steam experts or nurses. Definitely highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying this was the best weekend ever. I wanted to start my sisters birthday celebration off doing something we never experienced before. The V Spa was sooo much more than we even imaged. This Beautiful young lady Jen was full of information that you just can’t read about in one book. Her knowledge of how to care for yourself was astounding. My sister and I didn’t want her to stop talking, that’s just how relaxing she makes you feel. We were in awe. If there were 10 stars to give I would give them to Jenn and her VSpa. Ladies... you have to make your appointment with Jen I Guarantee you will not regret it. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge that will make you feel like a new woman. The ambiance and the ora was lovely. My whole heart thanks you Jen for the mesmerizing experience. Im telling everyone I know so just get ready darlin. I’ll see you again soon.

I prefer no star but that isn't an option This place is horrible
I bought a groupon and was rescheduled twice and completely left in the dark the 3rd time
2 of those times I drove an entire hour from home to get to the establishment only for no one to be there, I waited and then had to call only for them to tell me no one was coming
I do not suggest ever going or even attempting to go here
They only have one review and it probably came from a friend of the company.
ONCE AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE THE SERVICE OR SHALL I SAY NON-SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
and just think i was trying to check them out for a group event

Scheduled an appointment for my best friends birthday and she left me hanging. No one was there no calls no show and she demanded a deposit!!! What a joke smh
