I had a very disappointing experience at this spa. First, I was charged a cancellation fee for an appointment I tried to cancel over the phone. I called twice, and no one answered, which was very frustrating.

During my visit, the massage room was uncomfortably cold with the fan blasting, which made it hard to relax, especially since I had to fully undress for the massage. I had clearly requested that both my back and lower body be massaged, but the therapist only worked on my back for nearly the entire session. When I finally spoke up about my lower body, she mentioned there were only a few minutes left, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, this experience didn’t meet the standards I expect from a spa, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others based on the lack of communication and attention to client needs.

Love it. It is not a big, fancy spa but the staff are good at what they do and that's the big thing for me. Jennifer gives a great deep tissue massage, and Darteshia always leaves my skin feeling rejuvenated.

Let me start by saying, I've been going to Spa 10 10 for over a year.
Utilizing multiple services and never one having a bad experience. I was so excited about my booked 90 minute deep tissue massage with Jennifer for Monday 8/21. I had been under so much stress and really needed to relax.

Unfortunately, after asking about some areas oftenderness I ended up receiving a 20 minute lecture about needing to lose weight. She went on to promote the program she had been using and despite me telling her i had began losing weight and lowering multiple risk factors she stated "whatever you are doing clearly isn't working."

I felt so belittled and humiliated. The more she talked I begin to shut down and eventually got completely quiet trying to enjoy the remainder of my massage in silence as I was highly offended. She didn't read my body language and continued talking. I simply stopped talking all together until the end of the massage where she revealed that she was only applying a 5.5/6 pressure when I asked for a 7/7.5. I was very upset and will not ever book with her again. Nor would I recommend her services as they were very pushy.

Did a 60-minute deep tissue with Yvonne for my birthday gift to myself! I have been getting massages frequently for 11 yrs and this was one of the best I have EVER HAD! Yvonne was attentive, thorough, and had excellent pressure. This is the place you are looking for! The staff is kind, the space is gorgeous, and there is plenty of parking (you don't need any additional stress when you're at a spa, after all). HIGHLY recommend Spa at 1010 Nash!

I had went for a 30 min Deep Tissue Massage...Yvonne was super friendly, asked all the right questions and then got into it! When I left I only had 1 regret and that was I didn't have more time! I have been here a few times and it's never been an issue, but when you get someone like her it's even better!

If you're thinking of getting your first Brazilian, do it! I read awesome reviews of Danielle so I decided to finally get it done...and she was AMAZING! Made me super comfortable the whole time and made sure I was okay, I went ahead and booked two months out.

Btw, it's not as bad as you think ?

I live walking distance from the Spa and decided to go in and get a Brazilian. So glad I did! Best wax I’ve had since I’ve started waxing. Danielle took her time and made sure all the hair was removed and worked with me as someone who has a low pain tolerance. Definitely recommend!
