Shanna is so talented and sweet! I just moved to NC last month and had to have an unexpected surgery. Recovery and adjusting has been stressful and my whole self care routine was messed up. It was taking its toll on my back. I already have chronic spine issues that cause pain. I knew chiropractic wasn’t going to be enough. Shanna was recommended by my chiropractor and I can see why! She fit me in quickly and I’ve seen her a few times already. My stubborn back is loosening up. She uses the right pressure for me and always communicates to make sure it’s ok. She’s knowledgeable of various techniques including stretches and reflexology. She accommodated my massage to what I could tolerate and made great suggestions. Shanna knows exactly what is causing me pain and how to work those muscles. I always leave refreshed and I can feel the tension leave my body. Her atmosphere in the room is pleasant. Smells good and very clean and welcoming. She even knows how to handle the congestion I get sometimes during a massage. She just wants you to be comfortable and help you get pain free. Shanna is an amazing therapist and cares about her clients. I’ve seen so much improvement since working with her. I almost don’t want to share her but she deserves this review! I highly recommend her if you’re having severe pain or even if you just need to relax.

Shanna is the best! She really knows what she is doing. She helped me when I was having issues with my neck, back and shoulder. Not to mention the stress relief I feel every time I go!
