My husband tried the traditional sauna while I used the infrared pod. Rudy was assisting us & did a great job at explaining everything. I have claustrophobia & heat makes it worse so I called Rudy a few times during my session, but he was never annoyed. He didn't know I was having these issues either but its like he knew & did such a great job with the cold compress to help me! The Sauna Lab is clean, private & the experience was amazing as well as how I felt afterwards.

The energy of this place was so refreshing, as was Rudy’s fun and kind demeanor! I did the bag and I was literally wet afterwards so it felt super refreshing. I will definitely be going back.

I've been visiting The Sauna Lab for the past year or so and it's become my go-to spot to unwind. The variety of infrared sauna boxes and the pods they offer is impressive, and each visit leaves me feeling rejuvenated. Rudy and the staff always greet me with a smile and they're incredibly attentive. The attention to detail, from the ambient lighting to the fresh towels, makes every visit a luxurious experience.
I particularly love the full-spectrum infrared sauna; it's a total reset for me. A big shout-out to Rudy for always ensuring a top-notch experience. Highly recommend The Sauna Lab to anyone in need of some serious relaxation.

I just went for the first time today and I feel like I got a massage and worked out after the 45 minute session. I did the infrared sauna bag, but I’ll be back to try the pod! Watching tv while doing this for the first time, made it easier as the temperature rose. The place is clean and everything was explained well during my visit. I loved it!

Such an amazing experience! I combined the infrared box sauna + lymphatic massage + red light therapy and made a lovely little afternoon out of it. It was my first time trying some of these therapies, and Rudy was so helpful. He completely guided me through the process and customized everything for my needs and areas of concern/focus. He is so kind and calming and informative - you can tell he loves what he does and it really makes the entire experience that much more welcoming and relaxing. The space itself is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and the equipment is all top of the line. I will definitely be back and can't recommend enough!

This is my favorite sauna place in the LA area! I've been going here for over a year and Rudy is the absolute BEST- he makes a huge effort to make sure your experience is comfortable. The space is clean and relaxing and their sauna pods are amazing-highly recommend them over the bag or box!

Amazing experience! Will totally be visiting again soon, the sauna box is not super humid and feels so luxurious as you watch anything you want on Netflix that they set for you. Was glowing afterwards and felt quite peaceful once I came out.

I don’t know why I haven’t done this sooner. First the place looks and feels fabulous. Rudy and Laura have created something special for my inner peace and my health. It’s looks like an island vacay - with different infrared portals to step into - It’s hot tho. But in a good way. It’s not uncomfortable. Like a dry sauna. It’s nice. And relaxing. Everytime I go I feel ten times better and more positive. Which reminds me. It’s time I made an appointment.
