My visiting niece and I had a lovely time at The Salt Cave. We did the salt cave itself and it was a beautiful experience. The cool cave, the salt being ground and introduced into the air, the music...calming and cleansing. And so peaceful. Detoxified our souls, we felt.

Relaxed and feeling wonderful, we then moved to the Ionic Foot Detox which compliments the cave experience. The massage chairs are superb and the foot detox made believers out of us!

The facility was spotless. The staff members were calm, lovely and very informative about our therapies. It was a fabulous experience and one that I must repeat!

I definitely recommend Salt Cave to everyone! What a fantastic, unique establishment! The facility is spotless, welcoming, and beautiful. April, the owner, is such a gem.

The therapeutic benefit of breathing salt air is extensive.  I went there to boost my overall airway & circulatory systems. I booked a private room (session), and the space was inviting and meditative throughout, and the private room feels especially calming.  You sit and relax in a comfortable chair and breathe healing salt air. I immediately felt the salt effects when my sinuses and lungs started clearing.

Overall, the Salt Cave is an amazing place that "may" offer some heaIth benefits.  I had the best calming experience at The Salt Cave, Albuquerque, and definitely will be returning.

I went to the salt cave with two of my friends. It was a fantastic experience for all of us. We started with the salt room. It was quiet and restorative. I could taste the salt after a few minutes. We toured the rest of the place, and it is amazing. They have a private salt room, a beamer room which is good for circulation, a foot detox, a red light sauna booth, and the upcoming feature is a full body scrub room. The service was outstanding, and I left feeling wonderful and with a crystal water bottle.

What a great experience! We enjoyed a relaxing session in the healthy salt cave. This establishment is clean, serene and inviting. The owner made us feel quite at home. This was my first time here, but definitely will not be my last.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but wow, I’m left with my mind blown and a severe asthma attack. The Salt Cave is a beautiful place with nice employees but has Glade plug-ins/other chemical based fragrance dispensers all over. In addition to the common areas, the salt room wreaked of fragrance, so I had to leave. Literally, just being in there for 5 minutes caused me to have a severe asthma attack. You’d think a place that promoted health wouldn’t be filled with literal poison. Super sad because they’re the only ones in town and I’d love to be able to experience a salt room/cave but it’s never going to happen due to the poison they choose to expose their clients and employees to.

We went on a Tuesday and had the large room to ourselves. I’ve never been to a salt cave before and was blown away at the whole experience. We first did the salt cave and then the ionic foot bath and massage chair. Left there feeling like a new person, peaceful, rejuvenated, and clear minded. Cannot recommend enough!

The most beautiful Salt cave atmosphere and the owner April is an absolute delight and such a calm sweet Soul. I thoughly enjoyed the experience and will most certainly be back!!

I had been wanting to come to this location since it's closer to home than the Santa Fe location.... thinking it was going to be the same but honestly I was blown away. Jaiden and Vanessa were so inviting and just made us feel at home. The cave is incredible, the temperature was perfect, super relaxing and we got so lucky to have the place to ourselves. The fact that they offer other services and the selection of gifts is another reason we loved it here. I can't wait to go back! Thank you ladies for sharing your space and helping mame my birthday a great one.
