Melissa C is Amazing....she deserves what's coming to her...promote her ASAP...she should be running the place..cares about the patients and her job...she keeps everything and everyone in line on her shift...nice, punctual, cool and respectful.she is the one for the job...kudos to her...and to my therapist LANA! man I can't thank her enough she was patient with me, listened to understand me and gave me wonderful advice to help me deal with my trauma.

Her groups where engaging and challenging to bring the best out of us... i definitely became a better man thanks to her...she deserves her flowers...I wish her nothing but the best...she a 10 for sure inside and out.

I had an excellent experience at this facility. Staff was more than helpful. Food was great along with amenities. But most importantly I made a big leap forward in my Recovery. They truly care and I would recommend it as a great starting point for anyone seeking to live a sober healthy life. Shout out to all the staff and clients. Best wishes!!!

I had a great experience here. I had no expectations coming into TRV with it being a new type of rehabilitation center than I’m used too. I genuinely feel like the people here care for you and all of your needs are taken care of. The food was amazing for breakfast lunch and dinner and the amenities were definitely a plus. I spent many beautiful days outside poolside, getting sun and playing volleyball in the pool with all the friends I’ve made. Thank you so much TRV!

Very welcoming staff. Intake process fairly quick. Detox area very clean and nice! Once moved over to residential side our bathroom had black mold,building sweeting water and ac vents and intakes covered in mold. Constantly had runny or stuffy nose. Meals were very well prepared and snacks daily. You won't go hungry!! Was told my insurance was accepted all deductibles met and co pays up to date and one day into treatment was told I owed over $2000 already. When asked to sit with financial team at a computer to get details or call insurance i was denied for 2 weeks. Asking multiple employees daily,including therapist, case management. BHTS on site are friendly and will help with a good attitude especially. Overall good for a buff and shine but not a long stay. Apparently they are going through a lot of changes currently and adding a psychological ward so maybe this is why there seems to be mass confusion around the facility. One day at a time,keep on keeping on. Let your MESS become a MESSAGE!!!!!!

Staff and nurses were great . Loved my therapist Sharon! The facility was great upon arrival, but they are under staffed. Dave assisted all of us on activities, computers and pretty much everything ; he was wonderful !!!The facility is packed with patients way too many at a time . Four people should never be in a room!!! Food is good. I got what I came for out of the program.

The worst place ever. No horses as mentioned, the pool is disgusting, the place is ran like a cattle barn, they pack the clients in just to have the place filled, 4 girls to a room and they do not care about their clients at all.This place gave me more anxiety and deep depression. The pool was always dirty, the net had a hole that could be used to remove debris. . The curriculum consisted of 5 hours of classes where the counselor could not control the conversation so there were outbursts and chaos. The therapist was not helpful either and missed a lot during the week, every week. She was unorganized having a bag full of paperwork that she could not even locate the sheet to have us sign in easily. There was disorganization throughout. The bhts all had different rules each day depending on the day. The med line was inefficient as well. With different nursing staff each day that you had to ensure that they weren’t giving you medication that you did not need. The whole experience was so traumatic to say the least. A girl even had a seizure while I was under their care due to their mishandling of their clients and their lack of concern for their clients. I do not recommend this place to say the least.

Everything was tip top per usual. Great experience! Melissa C was the best! She made my experience that much better. The nursing staff, all the other BHTs and the Kitchen staff were also fantastic! Job well done ?!
