Went to the mall today and my husband pointed out to me this 10 minute massage place and he went and asked the man if he only can get the massage since I am pregnant. He started on him for maybe 1 minute and calls out to some lady to cover for him and massage him and he comes over to me forcing me to get a massage when i told him NO 3 times I felt bad for the place and just got one anyway even pointing out that I was pregnant. He started to massage me and he’s going super rough on me and making me feel uncomfortable as he starts rubbing my thighs not in a good way either but a weird way. After that he starts on my back and goes lower to my bottom and rubs there too and as he’s rubbing the top of my back he’s resting his hand on my bottom and at this point i’m just frozen not knowing what to do. When we were done we went to pay and my husband put a reasonable tip cause we always tip and he insisted on us putting more money than what we already originally put. Just overall experience was not good for me and don’t know why he made the lady go massage my husband and him come and massage me when he originally was massaging my husband. If I could I would put no stars

First and last time coming here. I came here to have a relaxing experience and instead I came out a little uneasy and uncomfortable. The couple here were arguing constantly in their language. It was to the point that she began to be physical and started hitting the man. She almost threw a chair at him while I was in the bed between them! Honestly, find somewhere else. They even forced us to leave a tip, they even asked for a specific amount even though they have a sign saying they can’t ask for a tip. Not professional and definitely not a relaxing experience. Never coming here again.

I bought a gift card in the amount of 66.00 dollar's for my other half to go get an hour massage and he went to use it today and as he was leaving they demanded a tip from him more or less wouldn’t let him leave the store forcing him to leave one now where I come from you BO NOT do that to your customers not to mention I had already paid extra when I bought the gift card for the tip and it was written in the receipt still they demanded a tip ffor on him what was meant to be a relaxing event turned into a stressful one because of this he was treated by the workers there I will never again go there and I will be writing the BBB about this matter I am so DISAPPOINTED!! Such a waste of money!

Been there several times, some are great others are horrible. Today I had lady, horrible, 1st she starts timers then goes to scream at guys outside room for several minutes, comes back in pulling my hair, being a brute, she left bruises in my neck and shoulders. kicked my shoes under table, then timer goes off she is kicking me off table. Lady was worse experience ever. Then forcing to get more tip.

Room not soundproof. Mall noise and loud music can be heard over walls, b/c it doesn’t go to the ceiling. Too much pressure applied. Risky, quick fix. Services are not customized to the customer. The therapist expected not to communicate with me to ensure I was pleased with the delivery of services.

When seeking true self care. Unless, you want a self inflicted wound.

I had to constantly tell the male therapist that he was applying too much pressure. I asked if he was trying to release tight muscle knots. He did not understand anything other than me shaking my head and thumbs up or thumbs down. I should have known it wasn’t going to go well. When I asked for a 1 hour massage, he had a deer in a head light look. I thought it was b/c it was already 8:10PM and they close at 9PM. Then when I was checking out, the cashier watched me enter a zero for the tip. He assumed b/c I wasn’t charging the tip, that I wasn’t giving a tip and had a frowning face. Crazy! I was giving a cash tip. It made me consider not tipping at all. I will not be made to do what you want. I have choices. I chose not to go to this place ever again.

Look for somewhere different. It’s not worth it. I am currently pregnant and right before my delivery, I urgently needed a food massage. The pressure wasn’t enough and honestly, this was the first time, somebody massaged me with blue venyl gloves. It’s a strange feeling. I paid $30 for 30 minutes. The Spa doesn’t have a credit card machine and you have to pull out money in front of them. After the payment, he pointed on the tip jar and said:“don’t forget to pay a tip“! This was the first time in my life, somebody even reminded me to pay a tip. I was shocked but ok, I gave him $5 and asked if he can break it into ones. He just kept my money and that was it. If people work in America, they own a Greencard. It’s not a simple process and they do know how to count to 5. I would like to get my money back to be honest. I regret giving the people a chance after reading strange reviews. Really sad, I had this experience

Fantastic massage. I read some of the negative reviews here and don't get it. It's true that the staff's English is not so great, but you spend 99% of your time there not in communication, so what difference does it make? As well, it's true that the walls are not soundproof, but what do that have to do with a massage?

The massage was excellent, the place was clean, and on top of that, this place did something I've never had done before: after the massage oil was put on me to get deeper into the muscle tissue, the masseuse used a hot towel to clean it off again, so I didn't have to go through the rest of the day with it on my skin, getting into my clothes, etc. That was much appreciated. Pricing is very reasonable, too.
