Highly recommend Spa BenMarNicos! I called and made reservations for a couples massage and the staff member who answered was friendly and helpful. The spa requires you to put a card on file to hold your reservation. We were told to arrive ten minutes before the appointment so we could fill out paperwork, but we recommend arriving 20 minutes before. Upon arriving we were escorted to separate changing rooms equipped with lockers for our personal items and an area to change into a rob and slippers. We were directed to then move to the sanctuary where you fill out the form, relax, and enjoy free snacks and beverages. We were then greeted by our massage therapists, Tanya and Megan, who took us to our room and reviewed our forms. They asked follow up questions to tailor the massage to fit each individual's desire and both massage therapists are very skilled and did an excellent job. Each area of the spa was clean, quiet, and relaxing and we will definitely return!

Thank you for the wonderful experience! It was my first visit and now I can't wait to schedule another massage. Special thanks to my wonderful, knowledgeable, hard-working Masseuse Paula! She made me comfortable right away - I had areas of great discomfort in my back & neck, she worked hard with deep tissue massage to work out those areas, pinpointing my problem points, giving me pain relief & more flexibility in those muscles by the time I left my appointment. It not only felt good then, but my back feels better the day after too. She also gave me stretching tips - something she didn't have to do but it's a great reflection on her knowledge, ability to share and implement good healthy information, and wanting to help! Everyone from reception to the end of my appointment was great. Lovely relaxing atmosphere - thank you Paula & Spa BenMarNicos for making my week better!!

My husband and I had a couples massage last year (2023) and were OVER THE MOON with our service, this year to celebrate our anniversary we were excited to revisit, unfortunately our experience was no where near what we were given before. It was difficult to book, everytime you call you’re simply asked for your name and phone number and told they will call you back in a few minutes, just for you to call back over an hour later and be told the same thing. I was initially told there was availability for 11:30 am then simply just sent a text to confirm for 10:00 and was then told that there was never an 11:30 appointment available. Upon arrival the space was not inviting in the least bit, every staff member seemed unprepared for our arrival, the space appeared to be under construction. While I was in the ‘sanctuary’ a staff member was adjusting lighting and repositioning furniture, not relaxing in the slightest. The lemon gras massage is not a massage in the slightest, it is simply them rubbing scrub on you then basically painting lotion on you and rubbing it off of you and leaving a towel on you until it’s ice cold. My husband did have an enjoyable massage so we are grateful for that. But I started my day off in tears in the massage room wondering why in the world I wasted my time and money on this service. The lady who preformed my massage did ‘warn’ me prior to the massage to ‘not expect a lot of pressure’ since she is an esthetician and NOT a massage therapist but I expected more than what I received. The payment process was a hot mess as well. We will not be returning, which is extremely disappoint as we love the copperleaf and RYE restaurant, it’s unfortunate that two wonderful establishments are stuck with this underwhelming, outdated, disorganized ‘spa’.

The ambience in the Sanctuary is relaxing and helps get your mind and body ready for whatever treatment is scheduled. The staff was kind, courteous, and welcoming. Those that performed my services were top notch! I walked out feeling pampered and relaxed.

I had a wonderful day and 2 out of my 3 appointments were amazing. The Signature Body Massage and the Body Scrub were blissful, will get those again. I would not come back for the Contour Body Wrap as it seemed rushed and not a very through wrap at all, I was disappointed for the cost.

I absolutely love love this place! I have gotten full message days that I was there for 6 hours, I love the lemon grass body scrub, my body is so soft and smooth after. But recently, I have tried and absolutely will get again and again, the Head rush! Wow! If anyone has never tried this, you have too! It’s the best thing ever! I always bring a book and sit in the beautiful room by a fireplace, with really good tea, and just relax! I always ask my family for gift certificates for here for my birthday! So I will always come back! Thank you for your services, and I will always ask for Paula Reible, she gives the best messages I’ve ever had! So professional, I had so many painful knots, and she finds them all, and works them out! I hope she stays there forever, I feel like a new person when I leave her services!

The worst mani and pedi ever. My nails look terrible. I hate to leave a bad review but this was a waste of my time and money. The pedicure area is so uncomfortable and the manicure area is literally right next to the receptionist.
The spa is dated and feels dirty and the paint color selection is tiny with zero neutral options.

I had a gift certificate for $150, my bill for a mani and pedi was $118 and I left tech a $32 tip because I do not intend on going back.
