She truly cares about her clients and takes her time, you will never feel rushed or like your just a number- she is my go to girl for all my beauty needs ❤️

i have been here and having my services since 10 months when i was at initial days my skin was really tanned, pigmented after my 5-6 session i felt very good and excellent results and the tips from gulzar really helps me a lot she was really really a good person and she is like family the suggestions she give for creams to buy they would be really good
Note: dont expect instant results with in a week be patient u will really get excellent and 100% results.

I have been going to Andrea for over 5 years, she is the only one I let touch my eyebrows. Not only does she take her time, but she is a perfectionist and make which you want with your brows. Artist! I also get my facials done there and she has helped clear my skin. My now 13 year old daughter does for facials; for teenage acne and also her eyebrows. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Andrea! Absolute best of the best!

I absolute love it here. Andrea is the best eyebrow person I have ever been to. Just walking in here you can feel the peace when you walk in. I also use Jackie for massage and she is beyond amazing as well. I never feel rushed and I always feel like they genuinely care about me and the work they do love this place

It was so important for me to find a spa that makes their clients feel like more than just a number. I definitely agree with the other reviews that everyone is so kind and it truly makes a difference for the experience and that is why I wanted to try this spot. The nice ladies even let me walk around and check out the rooms and area prior to scheduling an appointment for my mother-in-law. It smells great too! I wanted my mother-in-law to have an amazing massage as well as feel right at home and she just left her deep tissue appointment and is SO, so happy. In addition to the amazing massage by Jackie, she loved the ambience, how clean it was, and how nice everyone was. She even booked another appointment for next week because she was so happy and that really made me happy! Thank you everyone at Serena Day Spa!

I've been coming to Andrea for eyebrows for almost seven years and I only have ever had positive (+ relaxing!) experiences at Serena Day Spa. They have relocated from their location in Coral Springs to a space within the Renaissance Spa & Salon but they haven't lost the special touch that I've experienced personally and witnessed over the years.

Andrea surrounds herself with an amazing staff of women who are kind and experts at their craft. Laurie, who helped me make my most recent appointment was accommodating and easy to schedule with. She also let me know ahead of time what COVID protocols were being followed.

I know during this time the idea of having someone close to your face can be scary but Andrea and her staff take every precaution. Temperature checks are taken at the front and Andrea wore a mask and shield when she did my brows. They are also sanitizing between each of the services. I felt safe and at ease throughout the entire process.

Thank you Andrea + the staff at Serena Day Spa for taking care of me all of these years - your kindness and care for your clients is unparalleled. I could not recommend this spa more highly. I will continue to be a customer for life!
