Wonderful results! I'm in my late late 60s. This is a picture after receiving fillers under the eye and cheeks. I also had Botox a month earlier. Dr K has an eye for treating those nagging wrinkles!!! Thank you Dr K.

After a ton of research into CoolSculpting, I decided to take the plunge. The office is clean, comfortable, and top notch with the new CoolSculpting machine that can treat two areas at once, both effective AND efficient! Dr. K & Marine have a ton of knowledge & experience. I didn't feel anxious for a moment, just a welcoming, kind, and respectful atmosphere.

Professional, friendly, and super skilled. Very happy with my decision to go here! It's so important to to me to find a place that has the skill level and friendly/honest/caring people that makes me confident I'll be taken care of so I'm satisfied with everything & not anxious. I'll be looking into their other services as well.

I love going to Self Care! The space is bright and welcoming. Dr. Kothakota is exceptionally knowledgeable and personable and I feel at ease knowing I’m in great hands. Allie and Marine are so lovely and helpful, which always makes it a positive experience. I highly recommend this place!

I found this place so randomly and am so happy I did. I've been 3 times now and I always feel welcomed by the very wonderful staff, Dr. Kothakota takes the time to explain what he feels I need and what he is doing and I feel totally at ease. I'm thrilled to have found Self-Care LA. It's a neighborhood gem conveniently located on Montana Ave in Santa Monica. My experience with Clear & Brilliant Laser treatments at Self Care LA with Dr. Kothakota and RN Natalie has been fantastic. Their professional, knowledgeable, and caring medical team provide excellent aesthetic treatments with outstanding patient care. In addition, the entire experience, from scheduling to checking in for your appointment with Marine, is terrific and deserving of five stars. I highly recommend Self Care LA!

Dr. K and Marine are the best! I actually did a ton of research on coolsculpting package pricing and they were by far there most fair. I wondered if the quality would be jeopardized, but NOPE! They are top notch. The spa is super clean and bright. Great location on Montana as well. They’re very experienced with coolsculpting and spent plenty of time answering questions beforehand to ensure you’re comfortable. Marine is super sweet and helpful. Even offered me a coffee during my first treatment. Parking is super easy in the back of the building, another bonus! I’m a forever customer at self care. Thanks for making me bikini ready! See ya next winter 🙂

The service from everyone was amazing. I am so pleased with my results. I keep going back because they treat me so well. Marine and Gabriela are fabulous and work very hard to ensure you are comfortable and get great results. I just can't say enough good about this place. The parking is convenient and there are an ample supply of machines. The treatment is quick and efficient. The results are fabulous!
