My therapist was great, very friendly person.
-My appointments were scheduled for 7am, first patient of the day. I did not get call back until 10 after, when they scheduled my appointments they tell you to there 10-15 minutes earlier and was still charged for those 10 minutes that I waited in the waitingroom. I didn't see the therapist until 7:10. The manager of the therapist department was unwilling to talk to me, I have tried to talk to them, email them. I get no response this is a terrible Company. When I did get through they said the 10 minutes are incorporated into the appointment so they can look at your chart, to do paperwork.
Please do not go to Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Center! I WILL NEVER GO TO BACK SAINT ALPHONSUS!
If I could I would have gave no stars for them!!!!!!!

I suffered a stroke at age 45, I was taken to st als rehabilitation. Since being here I have made strides toward my recovery due to the amazing staff and their knowledge. Scott, PT and Arel, OT has been amazing to work with. They have been patient and amazingly fun. They really care about your success. The nursing staff have made me feel like I was at home, and my care was what was most important to them. And Dr. Jensen walks the halls interacting with all the patients on a daily basis. This place rocks. #stalsrehabrocks

I spent a few weeks there as an inpatient. The nurses, techs, doctors, and physical therapists were amazing! Overall, it seemed to be a well run organization.

I was told my appointment was at 10:00 when it was 10:15. I showed up at 10:15 and was told I was late. I showed them the video voice-mail that they had left a reminder saying 10:15 but they didn't care,, only offered reschedule. Are a contractor for St. Al's, not actually St. Al's. Never going back.
