I love this building. The administration is so kind and knowledgeable. The administrator, David, is very involved and you can definitely tell! The care is really good and they do their best to make it feel like a home. Thank you all for what you do!

I am personally a healthcare professional so I pay very close attention to who cares for my love ones. We had a great experience there . My love one felt love by the staff and the staff went above and beyond to care for us. Everyone in the building went the extra mile for us . I will recommend this place as a number one health and rehabilitation for your family.

Everyone at this community is amazing. The staff has really communicated well with our Hospice staff. I know I can count on David Henton the Administrator to help with any needs we may have.

This facility and staff are amazing! They really care about you as a patient.There was so much compassion from the CNA and therapy people. I couldn't have chosen a better place.

This place is disgusting, there were flies and gnats everywhere. It looked like the whole housekeeping team up and quit. The patients didn’t seem cared for. There were several patients laying on beds with no fitted sheets. The dining room was being used as a storage department. One of the nurses is really rude, and there seemed to be little to no help. I wouldn’t work here, and I definitely wouldn’t allow a loved one to be here. Please reconsider and look elsewhere, because this is just pure recklessness and unethical. It’s no way the state is allowing a facility like this to remain open.

River Oaks Health and Rehabilitation is an outstanding facility. The Administrator David Henton, DON Christy, ADON Theresa and all the staff from dietary to Rehab goes above and beyond for their residents. The compassion that each employee has speaks volumes at River Oaks. Thank you all for everything you do!

Great care . This building is older but it is kept clean and the staff cares about the patients . Good therapy and the activities director goes above and beyond to keep the residents entertained.

Really enjoyed visiting this center. David the Administrator is wonderful and truly cares for his residents and staff. Highly recommend-5 stars all around.
