I love the staff at this Restore location. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable! The prices are fair for their services, I do the infrared sauna once a week and love it. Ask for help from Stephanie and Georgia!

Stephanie was awesome! Why? She was welcoming, yet professional. It is evident she is knowledgeable and passionate about her profession. She explained everything to me (my first visit) and listened to my skin care concerns. She presented the various options to me without pressure. The treatment was relaxing and my skin looks great! I had a disappointing experience with Restore Hyper Wellness. I initially joined thinking it would be a great way to focus on my health and wellness. Unfortunately, I ended up paying a total of $2189.00 for services that I never got to use. When I tried to cancel my membership, I was required to fill out a form and speak with a cancellation staff member, but no one was ever available to address my concerns. It’s frustrating that they still charged me even though I wasn’t utilizing the services. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend becoming a member or paying monthly fees with Restore Hyper Wellness, as they don’t seem to value their customers' needs or concerns.

I love getting hydrafacials and oxygen facials at the Deerfield location! The estheticians here are meticulous and treat my sensitive skin with great care. The store managers are also very kind and listen to their customers. It's always a relaxing experience for me when I come here! Thank you all for everything you do!

My experience at Restore has been nothing short of transformative. The range of services, from the invigorating infrared sauna to the refreshing cryotherapy and soothing red light therapy, cater perfectly to my wellness needs. The compression therapy for my legs is a game-changer and the NAD IV treatments keep me looking young! The staff is phenomenal, always welcoming and knowledgeable. Katrina, the manager, is a true rockstar, making every visit special with her warmth and expertise. Stephanie the estheticians is excellent, providing top-notch skincare. She is also very funny and a joy to be around. Every time I leave Restore, I feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the world. Highly recommend!

Omg, Stephanie gave the most amazing platinum hydrafacial. It was such a treat to have that plus the red light therapy and the local cryo. My skin is so soft and feels like it did in my early 30s. Plus, she’s incredibly knowledgable and actually trains the other estheticians onsite, as well. I appreciate how friendly she was and how relaxing she made my time. I have been coming for over a year for other services (which I love!) now that I tried this one - I think I am in trouble ?
