My visit on 10.5.2024 was disappointing. When I made the appointment for a spa visit for me and a friend, I specifically asked if the spa had a jacuzzi & cold plunge pool IN THE SPA (not outside). I was told yes; which turn out not to be true. Upon arriving with my friend, we were rushed through a tour & left to alone abruptly by a woman whose English left a lot to be desired. The second you enter the spa area it is evident the spa is very basic & desperately needs a renovation. Both my friend & I had massages which were mediocre at best. We spent time by the outdoor pool which was loud, and what was supposed to be clean towels were scattered all over. Some were so old/thin they were almost see-through. Trying to find a someone to place a food/drink order was impossible and the pool needed to be cleaned. The whole day was a huge waste of time and money. The purpose of our visit was to get some much needed stress relief and pampering. That wouldn’t have been further than what we experienced.

I recently went to this spa to have a facial with Jacqueline and it was amazing! She was so sweet and offered so many helpful tips for my skin. She is also phenomenal at waxing my brows! They have never looked better. I highly recommend this spa and a facial with Jacqueline!

I was in Texas for a wedding and stayed at the Gaylord Texan. I had a massage appointment at the Relache Spa. It was a great experience. I visit many spas and this one was excellent. My massage therapist was Naomi. She was amazing. I would highly recommend her. I even purchased gift cards for the newlyweds to visit Relache in the future. Great experience!!!

Best spa I’ve ever been to, I had a 10/10 experience from start to finish! My therapist was Keela for the mother-to-be massage and she was very attentive, kept up with checking on my comfort and her techniques, products, etc were flawless. I would love to come back!

This is one of the best spas I have been to. Absolutely love the sleep room, sauna, steam room, lounge areas, shower amenities. Have had both facials and massages here and have enjoyed both. A bit pricey but I would say it’s in line with any true spa experience. The people they employ are fabulous

What a wonderful spa day! Excellent staff, great massage, fabulous amenities. I can't wait to go back. The pool was really nice too. It was warm buy not hot. So many places to relax!
