Es IMPOSIBLE hablar por teléfono a ese lugar, nunca te contestan el teléfono en la estación de enfermeras, y no puedo tener noticias de mi padre.
Yo no vivo en Tampa y es muyyyyyy complicado si ni siquiera te pueden contestar una llamada, muy desilusionada, voy a mover a mi padre de ahí

Pésimo lugar,no hay higiene maltrato a pacientes y visitantes,mala alimentación,condiciones horribles,malísima atención médica en todos los sentidos,despreocupación total en todo,mi madre de ahí fue trasladada nuevamente al hospital por sus negligencia,en ese antro nadie se puede recuperar,más bien matan a las personas,,me parece increíble cómo en Estados Unidos pueden suceder estas cosas infrahumanas.

Hay mucha falta de higiene,mal olor desde que entras al elevador,no botan la basura del baño,y ponen el pato con orine arriba de la mesa donde ponen los alimentos.

I've been here now for almost 10 years the nurses have been great I enjoy and laid down very much. The CNAs 99% speak Spanish if you're English it's kind of very hard to understand them at point of care. Activities are great I enjoy them in the director and the assistant are always on the ball when something needs to be done. The business office the administrator and therapy office they are all great. The administrator is always on point and his doors always open for the residents of the rehab if they needed to talk to him. I do wish as times there's more English beating CNAs due to these are an English-speaking and I do not understand Spanish and that's not fair to the English speaker that we can't understand what they're saying when taking care of us.

They don’t pick up the phone. You can’t call and speak with your loved ones. They have one phone per 50 plus residents on each floor. The phone is either broken or not charged. Also, spanish is the main language. People will hang up on you. Only a few will go above and beyond. I haven’t spoke to my loved one in 3 weeks because they have no phone on the second floor.

I wrote that l was disappointed with the service and time that it took to get things done and followed up on in my original review but my comments were noted and management have made some changes to improve living conditions.
There’s new staff members and nursing staff, although Spanish is still the primary language spoken by the majority of CNA’s and nurses who are generally helpful and who have a difficult time with a lot of the patients.
I am an independent person who doesn’t need much attention like 95% of others and have now been given my freedom of being able to leave the center to go to the stores without being accompanied, which gives me a break.
I did contract Covid-19 here like many others, but the nursing staff responded well to isolate people to prevent it from being an outbreak.
If you have a grievance you can always file a report and Social Services take care of it.
I still wish that better attention was provided by doctors and would like to be visited more than once a month to be checked out.
Breakfast is the best meal of the day for me with me being diabetic. When my blood sugar levels drop, I can ask for crackers or snacks to prevent it from dropping further. The nursing staff do check on my blood sugar four times per day as needed. I requested more fruit dishes to get the protein my body requires to help me get stronger to fight off any other viruses or diseases.

I tagged along with my stepbrother to check this place out for one of my grandmothers. This wasn’t an easy decision considering we would be away from her and she would be alone but when we came into this place the environment was so welcoming. The person giving us the tour was nice and any other staff we encountered was sweet as well. Especially what appeared to be people from housekeeping, they were a vibe lol. The place itself was very inviting and clean. The rooms had such a fresh smell and were basically spotless, the floors weren’t sticking also. That was a concern considering I’m sure the resident were dippers but my mind was put to ease. If you live in the Tampa ears I would definitely check this place out.
