I went to Persona Med Spa for a Swedish massage and I absolutely loved the quality and experience provided by Joyce. The relaxation environment and experience overall definitely tops any other spa. I enjoyed it so much I plan to go back soon with my girls!

This spa by far is the absolute best spa in Houston and I would have to say it’s because of Alison.. she is absolutely amazing and her facial treatment is life-changing. I’ve seen her three times and every time I walk out feeling like I just experienced some type of life altering event. So, if you want the best facial you got to go see her. I normally dont give good reviews and I promise you wont be disappointed! Oh and the rest of the staff is awesome too!

My favorite medspa in Houston! Friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable. I personally had a great interaction with Christian, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with making my decision. Will definitely return!

I have been coming here for years and this place and Allison have saved my skin! I started coming here right before I turn 30 and had very bad acne at the time and sun damage. Alison took care of me and showed me which products to use and what services would be best for me. It was definitely an investment I thought at first I was too young to invest in skin care but now in my 40s it has been one of the best investments I have made. I get more compliments on my skin from my husband, clients and friends. I recently just started doing Botox, but through the facials and products avoided it in my 30s. I took my husband for his birthday and receiving a treatment from Allison was one of his favorite birthday gifts. I cannot recommend enough as one of my favorite places in Houston!

Love this med spa! They offer so many treatments from Botox, dermal filler, Coolsculpting, laser hair removal and more! The atmosphere is inviting, clean and relaxing.

I’ve been having consults at various facilities for Microneedling and Prp/Prf trying to find a provider that would be able to accommodate my skin type and concerns but holy moly, the provider here was atrocious. First of all I put my hand out to shake hers and you could tell she was irritated having to touch my hand. Then when I asked about injecting prp or prf during Microneedling which I know is an option for various facilities she proceeded to explain to me multiple times what Microneedling was in a very condescending manner. As a healthcare provider I tried to be patient and listened thinking she’s only doing her job to ensure I understood the procedure, but I would never talk to my patient like this. Finally when I tried to explain what I actually needed she said “maybe this isn’t the facility for you”. Girl definitely missed the lecture on manners. I would never let someone who was so unpleasant near my face.
I really liked the coordinator though, so it’s unfortunate this provider soured the experience and facility for me.

I’m a long-time patron of Persona Med Spa (at least a decade) and I have never once had anything less than an exceptional experience there. Not once. The clinicians and front-desk team are top-notch regarding hospitality, professionalism, knowledge and compassion. Love this place, and adore Kathy! While Persona may be a bit pricier than some other places offering the same types of treatments, it’s 100% worth the slight premium! It’s a negligible cost when it comes to your health and peace of mind.
