This place truly helped my husband. From the time you enter the front door the young ladies at the front were great! The nurses, the CNA’s, the Angels, their rehab crew was spot on, their OT crew the same. They were all amazing. It was clean, lots of activities, ice cream socials, pet therapy, church & more. There are to many names to mention but they know who they are. I fear I would leave someone out if I start naming people. If you want your loved one treated right this is a great place to take them. Gwynne (Rm152) & Tricia Maurer will be forever thankful for his stay from 1/4-3/2/2024. Spencer too ?

Many of my nurses were wonderful. Irma, Dan, and Natalie were the best therapists I could've ask for, Veronica -from Ipco, was very educational , Cathy Holland-social worker was amazing at her job! Rosie talks you into participating in fun activities which was fun because I am shy, and it was great. All and all Orange City Nursing and Rehab is an excellent place to recover and get your therapy!

I have some time to think since my 96 year old father was a patient at this facility. This place is total joke, from the administration to the rn's. The only positive thing I witnessed that was good was the aides. When you ask to see the nurse on duty and was told that they didn't have time for you, there you go. Also witnessed their physical therapy session that they charged the VA for, absolute joke. I could go on and on. I wouldn't recommend this facility at all. RIP Dad.

Mom was here 2 months and made a full recovery. My mom’s journey here was a successful one. We will forever held the facility and everyone here our hearts. If there were more than 5 stars for you you would get it

This was my second time being a patient at Orange City Nursing and Rehab. The therapists (occupational and physical) are all great.The CNAs are very good also; my favorites were both Crystals, Corie, Charlotte, and Brianna.The facility’s planned activities are very entertaining, too.
