Doesn't even deserve one star. Absolutely terrible. It was promising at the start. I entered my information on the website and was contacted the next day and told to contact MM to get started. I emailed and tried to call MM several times. She never answered the phone and ignored my emails. I went in person and had my intake done and was told I'd hear from JC. That was three weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I'm done with them. I'd love to know who I can report them to. They are useless.

This is so true , about the Spanish lady at the front desk . That been very rude to most black people come in their . She's been right in the chair for 15 years . I went there in 2008 . Never sent back. Daytona helps ever one. Blacks go to Daytona except Deltona , most don't know better

My grandma stayed on the phone call all day! One person answered, but sounded like a robot and said to call a diffrent number. The other person from the other number hung up on her! And we are still wait. She went onto the website and now she has to start from the very beginning. We started this call at 11:00 am till 3:17, still waiting

I'd give this place 0 STARS! If I could. Diana, wow you definitely aren't great at you're job. You're in the WRONG field to be dealing with people all day everyday, you should be happy, polite & eager to help, if you are burnt out there's this thing called "getting another job", one you actually like or "retirement"! Just saying if you are the face of the front door entrance to the building every single time, this company isn't going to last long and more people won't have good luck findings jobs through you guys and more bad reviews will plague after mine. Please career services, get someone who is not an incompetent incomprehensible rude witch!

I went in for unemployment but I got stopped at the door and was confronted by the security guard as well as a woman that came out she seemed very impatient and had quite an attitude because I didn't know exactly what I had to do to finish my unemployment, the lady that came out to give me my appointment card was very VERY rude very short with me and also had attitude.

Hard to concentrate the employees talk to each other loud like there in a club and back and forth with high heels sounds like clydesdales are going through needs management that cares about people that are serious about finding work.
