This may very well be the greatest physical therapy clinic a person could go to. Every physical therapist, PA, aide, all the way to the front/back office staff is kind, knowledgeable, and well-trained. They all truly want you to leave the clinic in better shape than before you were afflicted with whatever brought you there. The clinic is always clean and well-maintained. Supervisors Greg and Dorena are fantastic at both patient care and hiring decisions because there isn’t one staff member there that I wouldn’t want to work with. The compassionate and professional staff is always ready to cheer on your PT routine, add a new exercise so you won’t plateau in your recovery, and talk out your health issues to help you better advocate for yourself with your physicians and insurance company. Not only are they great at their jobs, I watch them do those jobs in several languages, which is always impressive to see. I could not recommend this facility more highly. Special mention to Natalie for finding the most creative way to remind me to leave a review!

All staff members at STARS including front desk staff are super friendly and patient! They don’t hesitate to help you and always take their time with you. My therapists Greg and Carmela have been helping me with my left shoulder pain for two months. The result is amazing! I feel so much better thanks to them. Very grateful and thankful. Highly recommend this physical therapy center?

THE PLACE TO GO... For physical therapy!...
I 1st went to "STARS-BAYSIDE" In '21 with long covid. GREG, KELSIE, and the rest of the staff got me back to breathing normally and most importantly being able to sing again without being out of breath or dizzy.
Over the next 3 YEARS when illness came against my body again (hip, back, P.E.) and I needed rehab,, no other place came to thought but this place. Everyone there is always helpful, ready and willing to assist. From Michael & Jenna with making appointments, especially when my changes arise, to Marvin & all the therapy assistants that are always pleasant, courteous and caring. They definitely are in the right profession fulfilling their calling... Daily. If you need rehabilitation and ready to put in the work STARS-BAYSIDE is the place to go!

Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. I hurt my back and the staff there is helping me recover. I'm working with Dorena and she's great! The staff gives me the personalized attention, stretches, and care that's helped me so much. I used to live every day in pain and now I don't. Highly recommend.

I have been to the PT center for a little over 1 month now, this rehab center is just the friendliest place to be. I have a foot injury, and I have not been able to walk, it is a constant struggle, since I came here, under Dr. Eric Kim's care, I have seen great progress, he says that I should be able to get back to normal in 3 months, you can imagine how much this means to me. Dr. Kim is awesome. The staffs at the front desk- Michael and Jenna are always kind and helpful, and all the PTs are very kind and empathetic as well. I would recommend this PT center to any one.

I’ve been receiving therapy at Stars Rehab for more than half a year now and I highly recommend. Dorena, who has been my PT, is exceptionally caring and thoughtful, making sure that I am well taken care of. Natalie and Diana are also both tentative to my exercises. All the staff members are very friendly and ensures a warm and welcoming environment.

The office is excellent as soon as you walk in the front desk Michael and Jenna are awesome and the entire team that works with Liz(Miki, Emily) are awesome they are so patient attentive courteous and knowledgeable about what they are doing! They go above and beyond to help you and their goal is always the same they want to help you get better. Both my husband and I are doing therapy with them and would recommend them to everyone.

I have had several recent surgeries, full knee replacement, hip replacement, both rehabbed at Stars Bayside. 8 weeks ago I had my Achilles Tendon repaired and replaced and Josh and Gregg are, simply stated, the best. With their guidance, motivations and PT wisdom, coupled with my desire to work and improve, we have put Aaron Rodgers to shame. Swelling is down, I am walking without a limp and, the toughest rehab I have ever had (after 13 different Ortho surgeries), is bearing fruit. Thanks to both of them and the entire team at Stars Bayside, this horrible rehab has been a pleasure. As you can see, I can't say this enough, THANK YOU!
