New Waters literally saved my life. The staff, from the directors to the cleaning crew, is amazing, supportive, and nurturing. The talented chefs and cooks were happy to accommodate my special dietary needs, and the food is top-notch. The facility is very comfortable, and felt posh by my standards.
New Waters gave me gifts that have extended far beyond detox, and continue to unfold in my life over a year later. I've remained sober, and am now deeply engaged in a vibrant recovery community.

If you want to consider the best care and team for your loved one, do not hesitate to contact New Waters. As an owner and twenty year veteran of this industry, I am rarely impressed. This organization has demonstrated a competence, compassion, collaboration, and customer service that I have yet to experience outside of my own facility.

I had a family member within a few hours of New Waters require immediate assistance with a very distressing situation. Not only did the owner get on the line, but the medical director, admissions director and facility director. On a Saturday night!! I cannot express the importance of choosing the right facility to get the care you need the first time.

Unfortunately, a member of our family has battled substance abuse issues for 15 years plus. We have been exposed to many “roads to recovery “ all over the country. New Waters had a different feel than the previous ones that we had experienced. The staff was very professional in their work from intake to an assessment session with 4 staff members at the end. The rooms and food are top notch as well.

This facility, their staff, and the overall experience are exemplary of what a medical detox facility should be. They provide truly individualized, compassionate care and an environment that is safe, supportive, and beyond comfortable. The design and physical space is not only super cozy and “non-institutional”, but by far the best of any similar facility I have seen. Most importantly, they have a team of doctors, clinicians, nurses, leadership, and techs that provide unparalleled care and treat clients with respect, kindness, and expertise (which is, unfortunately, a rarity in the industry). Oh yea, and the food and other amenities are 5-star. I really cannot say enough good things about New Waters and am grateful they are setting a new standard that will enable people to lay the necessary groundwork for their journey toward healing and well-being. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Facility is only equipped to handle addictions and has no ability to handle any type of mental health crises or EMF sensitivities. After staying one night while having Prozac brain zaps, they had me involuntarily committed to the state mental hospital when I requested to leave. Nothing about this place runs as it should. Lazy nurses and everyone treats you like an addict even if you’re there for other reasons. Stay away from this place unless you’re in the mood for prison and not being allowed to leave.
