I have been visiting Myo Massage for some time now from a colleague's recommendation, and I must say, it has been a game-changer for me and I am so glad I found this hidden gem in San Diego.

Aleksie is an exceptional body massage therapist. He has an in-depth understanding of the body, muscles, and trigger points, incorporating various techniques like cupping, blading, and deep tissue massage. He also utilizes modern equipment during the sessions. After every massage, I feel like a new person, free from the aches and pains that come with my job. Aleksie is not only skilled but also incredibly kind and attentive. He provides excellent advice on how to take care of my body, making every visit enjoyable and beneficial.

Natalia, on the other hand, is the nicest facial massage therapist I have ever met. To be honest, I had never had a facial massage before, but trying it with Natalia exceeded all my expectations. I received a lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, and facial gua sha from her. The results were noticeable immediately; the wrinkles between my eyebrows and under my cheeks became less pronounced. My skin is glowing and looks brighter and tightened. Natalia also taught me gua sha techniques that I can practice at home, which was a wonderful bonus.

Overall, my perspective on massages and body care has completely changed. While we cannot stop aging, with Aleksie and Natalia guiding us on how to take good care of our bodies, we can certainly live healthier and happier lives. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for effective and rejuvenating massage therapies in San Diego. The only regret you will have is, why didn't I come here earlier.
