I typically work directly with Madison to help women begin their journeys and can’t say anything less than she’s an amazing person who cares, which can be hard to come by in this field. There are not enough words to describe how truly amazing Momenta is. From the first moment I got there to the end, I was treated with true compassion and love. The staff is the best and I never felt anything but support from them. They are there for you all hours of the day, no matter what, and are completely non-judgmental. They offer a well-rounded schedule with a variety of classes. They also offer two activities a week which were always so fun and taught me that life can be enjoyable while sober. In fact, that life is MORE enjoyable while sober, which is something I never thought I would say. I was struggling with addiction as well as some co-occurring disorders and they were very capable in treating everything I was struggling with. They also pushed me where I needed to be pushed, which is what truly allowed me to make the changes I needed to in order to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Was told by staff “Wow, no wonder you’re so depressed” and scoffed at.
Was also told after a scheduling issue caused by staff that activities weren’t optional and “well you didn’t take a day off from drinking did you?”
Clinicians outed one client’s confidential information to their family without permission causing distress. Another client’s photo was sent without their knowledge or permission to someone else’s family. Had my photo taken by a staff member without permission and sent to another faculty member because she thought it was funny. I was only there for a month.

This facility treated my partner with hostile contempt and contradictory behavior. They presented themselves as a trauma program, but all they are is an overpriced halfway home for woman with little care about the root of their trauma.
