Started going to treat a partial tendon tear in my knee and in less than 2 months I've gone from hardly being able to sit down and stand up to being pain-free and well on the way back to normal exercise. Initial assessment was thorough and set expectations for my recovery process.

Strongly recommend for sports rehab in particular, appointments are about an hour long and they do a good job of understanding your limits while pushing you to get back to normal. Very easy paid public parking just across the street and many bus lines nearby as well.

Wonderful experience! Dry needling helped so incredibly much and I can sleep again without spasms in my low back and hips. Have recommended PT exercises for home and wellness classes to best continue on the road to getting stronger.

Dr Ujjwal changed everything for me. I had a back injury which had me out of commission for weeks with the injury and away from all sports and activities for almost 4 years. After some sessions and knowledge that Dr. Ujjwal provided, I’m back running, playing basketball and going to the gym. If you are looking for a top-notch Physical Therapist and team look no further!! Dr. Brianna Wynn and her counterparts at MMA & Sports Rehab are beyond amazing. I had dropped an Amazon Package on my foot and was left with Foot Drop due some nerve issues. Saw all the docs – Podiatrists, Neurologists, etc. and yes all their testing was helpful but the real winners for my progression and improvement is really due to the hard work and focus from this entire team to help me regain movement.

From the moment you call to make your appointment to meeting your PT and the Team in person, you will feel welcomed and right at home! They have a lovely bond and collaborative force with each other and a true care for their patients wellness that really does let you know you are in good hands and promise --- the entire hour of solid PT work fly by!!

I heard horror stories about those finding it so challenging to find the “right PT" so I will admit, I did a fair bit of research and asked around before scheduling my first appointment. The rest is history from there. It took a bit of patience and trusting the process but, my lower leg and foot moment are improving week by week, I literally look forward to my weekly sessions with Bri and better yet all this progress has me going on hikes, long walks and returning to my active lifestyle once again!!

Highly recommend. Had a left knee injury that was not going away. The Physical Therapist was able to diagnose the problem and help me recover. They did a great job communicating what the problem was, providing me with detailed strength and mobility exercises, and helped me recover quickly. I was in a car accident and it took me time to find neurology, but I find it on google Dr Evan Gray and He recommended me to go physical therapy with Dr Lijiwal and my first appointment I was having several headaches, lower back, and shoulder, horrible pain. He treat me the first day my headache is gone and my back pain is starting getting better my shoulder also he is an excellent doctor Physical Therapy. He’s listening with care. He goes where exactly the pain is working with the patient in this case me, and He definitely helped me to feel better. I really recommend him.
