I have lived in the independent living apartments for a year now. Although I don't receive routine care, the staff is amazing, friendly and always helpful and polite. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for any level of care.

My family member stayed at Medallion and she loved it. The therapy staff were amazing, and got her back to independence. The nursing staff care and go out of their way to care for my mom. She’s excited to move into their independent living apartments next week. 10/10 recommend Medallion.

My father was here and they really failed to take care of him. We had no idea how ill equipped they were. We arrived one day after he’d been there a little over a week. He had really started to deteriorate over a few days. We took him in our own car (he was a stroke patient with no lower extremities movement) to the ER. He was admitted into the ICU immediately. We were then told he was having kidney failure because he was so dehydrated from Medallion. I wish I would have written this sooner so people would be aware. It was the hardest place to leave a loved one.

Medallion gets an A. The staff are friendly and seem to really care for their residents. When you walk through the door you are greeted by residents who seem genuinely happy to be there. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

This place should have negative stars, completely the worst place care I have ever experienced. We brought my father here after progressing strongly from a major stroke and things immediately went south! Horrible care, lack of nutrition, poor staff, and rude employees! If you have a loved one do not take them here!

Wow, this place absolutely amazed me when my grandmother was here, the staff are absolutely heaven sent. It does look outdated but I am not concerned. My worries were if she was going to get the appropriate care and they did not disappoint. My grandma enjoyed her stay as well, therapy really got my grandma walking in no time!! Thank you so much medallion!! I will choose you again if in need!!

This was one of the best facilities me and my grandpa have chosen! The nursing staff, CNA's, and various therapies were all great! Everyone was so helpful, any questions I had; the nurses answered, the CNA's were so quick, efficient, and friendly, I did not have any fear leaving my grandpa alone with the staff. This is a great facility!
