The massage is very good and the rooms are quiet, which I love. The attitudes over the tip ruins it for me and I likely won’t return. You pay upfront and are also expected to tip BEFORE the service, which defeats the idea of the tip. Business should just increase their prices to reflect the minimum tip and give that to the worker instead of hounding the customer. I plan to go back to my other massage place, because they exhibit graciousness.

I attended this spa for a relaxing evening. The ladies started off with cleansing my feet. I got a Swedish massage. This was beyond great service. The heating pad and hot oil. The lady did a phenomenal job. I am greatly impressed and will return when I am back in town!!

AMAZING!

First time coming here for a 30 min foot massage and I immediately regret not booking for an hour instead. I had a great time! It was so relaxing - all my pain completely vanished! I'm looking forward to coming back next time for a full body massage + foot massage.

Had a great experience. Even though I paid only for a foot massage I literally got a full body massage. The lady at the front desk (who also did my massage) was the sweetest. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Definitely will go back

Beware! If they do a good job, then everything is fine. If you have a complaint, you will have no recourse as they do not respond to messages and no one in the building can speak English well enough to communicate.
I was happy with my massage on my first trip, so I went back.... My second trip was wildly unprofessional. I paid upfront (they absolutely DO make you pay and tip a minimum amount UP FRONT) for 90 minutes, the therapist only worked on me for 70. She stomped on me for the majority of that, was scrolling her phone while she touched (not massaged, no reflexology) my feet, kept blowing her nose and she sprayed oil directly on me like I was going to be barbequed. It was awful. Worst of all she burned me with the hot stones! I have blisters up and down my back. I tried reaching out to them and they said on the phone that no one speaks English. I want a refund - especially the forced $30 tip! I am disputing the charges with my CC company.

My spouse and I went in for a couples foot massage for Valentines. First we were asked to pay first which was kind of weird. Secondly in regards to the massage it ended up being a 15 minute foot massage and the rest of the time all over our body, not the feet. Finally when we finished we were harassed (3 workers standing at the register and door as we were walking out with our already paid for receipt that didn’t have a tip annotated) for a tip which we were going to give anyways but they said is 20 dollars minimum for each. A total scam, is a “tip” which is given based on the quality of the service.
