Es un hotel antiguo. las habitaciones son muy tradicionales, les vendria bien una refaccion. El televisor no funcionaba. En general todo caso para lo que es. se quedo en el tiempo. al personal le falta amabilidad. El internet no funciona.

Thank you for another fantastic stay! We first visited here six years ago and always look forward to returning. This time we celebrated a special birthday and had a lovely suite overlooking the waterfall. The room was exceptional, the spa well worth a visit, the food - in both restaurants - delicious. Most of all, the staff were faultless: friendly, helpful and made us feel right at home. Our three year-old loved it so much she didn’t want to leave. Thank you! We will most definitely be back.

The best spa experience I have ever had in the UK. So many steam rooms and saunas to choose from, plus an amazing outdoor bubbly pool. The champagne bar is also a cute touch. I'm also a huge fan of ice machines and moisturiser samples in a spa so this was great to see. The water dispensers are everywhere so I loved being able to keep hydrated the whole time, before enjoying the Rasul experience with my friend.

We were given a 2 night stay at the hotel as a gift last Christmas and due to the reviews online have been putting it off. We decided to book for 19th and 20th October 2024 and were disappointed to find allot of the reviews were correct, The spa is nice and has obviously had allot of money spent on it. We asked for a beer at the bar and were given 2 glasses of warm flat beer poured from large bottles that had been open for some time. On the evening we ate at Mizu Pan Asian restaurant and the food was very nice and service great so cannot fault it, The rest of the hotel is in need of updating and you feel you are in a care home. The room we were given had a very slow flowing shower above the bath and was in need of a update, the breakfast was OK but not as good as it could have been with a little more attention to detail, cheap coffee, orange juice and frozen fruit. To sum it up I think the hotel is over priced for what you get, the additional £35 for the spa even if you just want to use the pool for a swim is not right as most hotels have a free pool.

Stayed here for a mid week break, nice location and stunning views. The waterfall to the rear of the hotel is impressive. The room we were allocated was very tastefully decorated with a great bed and pillows and a decent bathroom. The only down side was the Tassimo coffee maker, very noisy when making a cup of coffee in the morning. I think a noise reduction mat placed underneath the actual machine is needed. Reception were very friendly and efficient on checking in and out.|The hotel is lovely, with a nice relaxed, comfortable atmosphere with excellent bar staff. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I unfortunately witnessed how some of the guests spoke to the bar staff, not nice and down right rude, but this didn’t stop them from giving their all. They were so professional and well done, you were all fantastic 5*+.|The Bistro restaurant was ok. The evening meal was nice with a good choice but breakfast both mornings were a little disjointed. My wife is gluten free, and trying to get toast with the breakfast was a bit of hassle. She asked for the toast, nothing, checked to see if they’d forgot, then it turned up every 2 minutes so ended up with 6 slices! There was quite a wait for the hot stuff that was just lukewarm when it was served and the coffee a little tasteless (that’s why it’s 4* review and not a 5* review).|The Mizo Oriental restaurant was great. Good service, food and atmosphere. We really enjoyed our meal in there. Definitely visiting here again.|We visited the Spa and enjoyed our time, a little noisy at times due to the changing room renovations and this did take a little bit of the relaxed vibes away. Having the champagne bar in the spa was great, nothing like a steam, sauna then sit and relax in the pool with a glass of fizz! I would visit again when the refurbishments have been completed and would probably enjoy it a lot more.|Over all the hotel is lovley, but it’s all the staff that make it really sparkle. They all speak when passing and always willing to help. We went to look at the waterfall at the rear of the hotel and even one of the maintenance guys came over and showed us where to stand to get the best picture. He then informed us about where to go in the area for the best views. We had great stay and we definitely will return. |Little Tip:|We did pop in to Keswick using the local bus service for a little retail therapy and enjoyed a spot of lunch. Very easy, frequent service and the bus stops are right outside the hotel. If you want to have a leisurely lunch in town with a few glasses of wine, the bus is great and also cheaper than parking in town.

Spent a lovely few hrs in the spa with friends. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. Facilities were really good & the food in the Brasserie was amazing. Due to the fog & rain we didn't get to see the amazing views however this didn't spoil our enjoyment of the whole experience.

Staff are friendly and attentive. Hotel is in a great location with beautiful views. We stayed in Premium Suite above the Spa which offers fantastic lake views. Very clean, lovely food and spa facilities. Would highly recommend.

While the bar area and restaurants are spacious, clean and modern the bed room we were in was in serious need of an upgrade especially given the price. Even as a guest you have to pay spa access which essentially was to use the outdoor pool and at £35 I felt steep.
