Linden is epitome of "the people make the place". Yes it's older and could use updating, but don't let that deter you. The folks who work here did nothing but give the best care to my grandmother at the end of her life. I highly recommend Linden Place and am deeply thankful for Ernesto, David, Lori, Jodie, Courtney, Leah, and everybody else who cared for our grandma.

When looking for care for my family member, Erin and the staff at Linden Place were lovely. Erin provided us with an unscheduled tour and we were completely assured this was where our family member would be cared for with dignity, respect and love.

I visited Linden Place in search of admission process information, the staff members that I learned from were helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable about how to successfully provide the best care to their residents.
The residents all looked very well cared for, the staff interacted with the residents in a warm and comforting manner.

Went there today to take a tour for a family member. What a dump. It stinks, there were bugs crawling on the floor. We saw two or three patients out of 68, the staff was so low that I saw maybe 5 staff members. All the doors were shut, the rehab center were no one was utilizing it because it was full of storage, it was incredibly hot in there and it smelled like old urine and cigarette smoke. I wouldn’t wish that place on my worst enemy. It was so disgusting, disrespectful and incredibly dangerous for the elderly and disabled to be in. Fans all over the floors and filthy. The carpets were so stained and lifting from the floor. I don’t think they have cleaned it in years. I’m absolutely 100% not recommending this facility to anyone who loves their family. I cannot believe this place is being recommended for rehab. ?

Just wanted to take a moment here to shout out Linden and more specifically their maintenance guy Don! I've worked closely with Don and other staff members on a number of issues related to maintenance and resident comfort. They take the well being and happiness of their residents very seriously and if I ever needed to set my folks up somewhere, Linden would be my first call. I would recommend this facility to anyone in search of a place like this that actually cares.

Simply amazing care from the Nurses, Cnas, Therapists, and the Management team.
Working in the nursing field for the last 8 years we have seen a lot of buildings. This one is exceptionally clean! The facility smells good and the building itself is in good condition. One thing I just love about Applewood is the staff. Very professional and everyone works as a team. No job is below another ones pay grade. Everyone works together and treats everyone equally. On a personal level I’ve had the pleasure of working with most of the management team. April is a wonderful Administrator. She holds everyone accountable for their job including us as vendors. She’s out there on the floor with her staff, and is not afraid to help when needed. That’s answering call lights, passing ice, or even calling to make sure her patients are being picked up on time for their appointments.
I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for long term placement or short term rehab.

My aunt moved into Applewood a couple of years ago. I had only been there twice before to visit her and the interactions with staff and others was always fine even though it does not seem like they have many people working there. My aunt seemed happy so I never thought much about it.

When COVID happened it seems like the quality of service provided to clients and their family members at Applewood took a steep decline. I could never visit or get anybody on the phone to talk to my aunt and when my aunts health started to fail, it was even harder to talk to someone at Applewood to speak with her. I sent her a package to her for the holidays and she sadly passed away before she had a chance to open it. When my family began trying to collect her belongings the director of this location Joey was very unhelpful. He stated that many of her personal belongings were unaccounted for and he would “try” to look for them. After months of myself and my family members trying to get a hold of Joey to find out what happened to my aunts belongings he finally got back to us and just offered to give a check for the items missing. Myself and my family never jump to conclusions and we look for the best in people but we are very certain that the staff working stole her belongings and instead of looking into matters Joey just wanted to pay for them so he could put it behind him since he was too busy to be troubled with it.

I felt a certain sense of duty to let others know if you truly care about your loved ones you should look into places other than Applewood because Applewood does not care about them judging from actions and in these times actions speak louder than words.

Thank you Linden Place. I know there was not a lot to work with in my Father's condition, but you provided the care he needed for his final days. Julie is the most knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with her. Thank you to all the staff who cared for my Father who passed peacefully on November 3, 2022.
