I’ve been here at the facility getting therapy for my back. When I first arrived, I had to get help transferring from the bed into the wheelchair, but I’m going to the bathroom on my own now Though I still need some help with cleaning myself and showering, it is a great improvement from when I got here. The therapists are great, whether ot or pt. The nurses also do a great job caring for us.

Been working at this facility. Great facility. There’s a lot of reason why I love it here. But the most important one is; “patient care”. Patient care is number 1 at this facility. Lots of season and skilled nurses, the therapy (Rehab) is great. (Lots of amazing therapist). I am very excited to be a part of the team here at Legend.

Great people, comfortable and clean. They are best when everyone shows up for work. Food is usually good. Again, if the regular kitchen staff is there, it's good. They ALL work hard and are appreciated. Thank you for the awesome PT team too!

Beautiful atmosphere and clean facility. The food always look decent. They have a ton of different events and activities for the patients. Therapy is amazing and the staff is very friendly. We especially love Tesha, Dawn, Ov, Janae, Jannie and the entire maintenance crew. My dad suffered from a stroke that left him paralyzed and unable to communicate. I visit daily, but their love and compassion for the residents gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away.

Once in a while, you come across somebody who is spectacular in the job that they do. O.V. , A nurse, at Legend Oaks is a person you may call spectaculer. He takes his nursing very seriously. Each patient he 100% of his attention. He does not cut corners to save time, he takes as long as necessary on each patient. I call him spectacular because I’ve seen him in action. He has been a nurse for my husband, Gregory Mitchell, for the past six months. He is diligent, professional, and has a true interest in being a Nurse. Most of all he truly cares about my husbands well being. Every request that I have he fulfills It. Even if he is not my husband’s nurse for that day. Nurses like O.V. are hard to come by these days. He is spectacular, stupendous, and all of the above. Thank you, O.V. For going above and beyond. Thank you, and God bless.

My family and I are so grateful for the exceptional care our uncle and brother receives from his nurse, Ov Overo, at Legend Oaks Nursing Home. Ov consistently goes above and beyond his duties, ensuring not only that our loved one’s needs are met but that he is treated with the utmost dignity and respect. He is incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, not just with my uncle but also with us as a family. Ov’s approach is never condescending. Instead, he takes the time to explain things clearly and keeps us informed every step of the way. His dedication and genuine compassion make all the difference in what can often be a challenging situation. Ov Overo is truly an asset to the Legend Oaks Nursing Home facility. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to care for your loved one as if they were their own family member. It’s rare to find someone who embodies such professionalism and kindness. After life threatening illness, surgery at Texas Health w/excellent care, spent 4 weeks at Ledgen. Facilities are very clean and staff appeared organized,and very experienced in their responsibilities. Rehab exercises were well organized and had experienced instructors. Everyone seemed to have a genuine interest in your health. I felt very comfortable and would request here again if I had the need.

Beautiful facility, homey atmosphere, great executive team. I really can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff. If you want your loved one to be cared for properly, and the peace of mind to drive away after your visit and know they are safe, this is the place.
