Big space with tons of equipment, and some of it pretty advanced. The therapists are good. They do pretty much every kind of therapy, some which are incredibly hard to find. Right next to the hospital so there's like every facility you would want. And they have a fund to provide Lyft to some people, which is extremely important when you can't drive.

Really long wait-list though, took me 8 months to be seen.

Inova Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is the best in Northern Virginia. I have been to several other rehab centers and these folks are far and away the best. Masha has helped me so much with my hip replacement. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She had helped me pre surgery and now is working with me post surgery. I am back on the tennis courts because of her. Thank you so much!

I see/saw Brietta Kubak for pelvic floor issues during and after my pregnancy. She's friendly and was patient and very informative in response to my many questions. She helped me set up a good exercise plan and she left me feeling hopeful after receiving some bad news. I highly recommend her. If I had to get bad news I'm glad it came from her.

Casey is very patient with my little one and sees the child as a whole. I loved the explanations she gave during every appointment. Be Aware!!!
I feel bad when writing a bad review but its utmost necessary for other parents to be aware of this.
We sought pediatric physical therapy here for our 4 months old for congenital torticollis. Being our first child, diagnosed with a problem we never heard before, we were hoping to receive right information, guidance and treatment at the early stage.
The physical therapist we got at this center was inexperienced and hardly had any knowledge on treating babies with torticollis. In our first two sessions, she did not even prepare a diagnosis report with the stats of degree of neck movement, etc. and no treatment plan either. We soon realized that our precious early days when the treatment is most effective, are being wasted, so we switched to a different provider. and Thank God. After visiting the other place who were specialized in taking care of Pediatric physical therapy, we realized what a disaster it would have been if we would have stayed with Inova Loudoun. The physical therapist at Inova had also suggested that we should also consult a speech therapist, and so we obviously took an appointment at the same place and that also was a mistake. The speech therapist here advised (wrongly) us that our child has tied-tongue and should get it treated from an ENT or a Dentist, and we thought our feeding problems will be resolved after that. Waiting for a month and half (ENT appointments are difficult to get), the ENT told us that the child has perfectly normal tongue and does not need any procedure.
In all this mislead treatment, we lost the most precious initial month of treatment for our child and by the time we reached the right place, our child was already 6-7 months old which is considered little late for starting torticollis therapy.
I am writing this post just to make sure no other parent faces the agonizing pain we had to bear coz of the misguidance from the inexperienced staff.
Please go to a pediatric therapy center that specializes in this job. We made a mistake of trusting that such a big Hospital will have good staff, and we'll be in good hands - We were wrong! To make things worse, when you receive you bills, you will know they charge you a lot more compared to much better specialized practices. So this hospital is a complete No for me and my family in the future.
Had the same sore experience with Inova's other departments as well (Maternity, Rheumatology), A big brand name with inexperienced doctors.
I'm avoiding publicly posting the name of the place where we received good care, but if you are seeking pediatric physical therapy, feel free to send me an email and I'll share the name so you don't have to go thru what we had to.

This place is an absolute scam and dealing with the owner/manager, Kathy Hoffman was useless. I was referred here by my sons pediatrician for a speech evaluation. This apt took no more then 40 minutes. I then received a bill, a month later, that totaled over 800$ for two separate services. I was charged for a feeding evaluation (which was correct) AND "treatment" services (which was incorrect). I never received any type of treatment while I was there- since the email confirming my apt clearly stated the apt was for a feeding evaluation. Not only did I not receive any type of treatment during our 40 minute apt but my insurance will not cover the treatment services so I am stuck with a large bill. I finally was able to speak to Kathy Hoffman, and she was hyper-focused on the bill being part of my deductible and missing the entire point- that the charges were fraudulent since "treatment" services were never rendered. She then said she would consider writing part of the bill off, but needed to consult with her partner. This was a huge red flag and sounded very off. Red flags started going up for me! She called me back and told me that this is standard procedure, and they would not write any of the bill off (not that it matters, bc I don't owe a single dime on the bill that I am now left with). Kathy missed the entire point and didn't listen to my concerns that the email confirming my feeding evaluation apt should have indicated the second service that was going to be rendered- since according to Kathy, any time someone schedules a feeding evaluation they are also always billed for a second service, which they call "treatment." She tried to convince me that "treatment" is the education I received during the assessment! Not only that but It is impossible for someone to receive a complete and thorough evaluation AND treatment for an evaluation that hasn't even been fully written in 40 minutes. Do not go to this place, as you will absolutely end up with a large bill after your first apt. I disputed this charge with INOVA hospital as well and they did nothing to help me and instead left the decision to the director/manager of the feeding clinic, who gave me the run around and almost lead me to believe she would do the right thing and correct the charges. I have never written a review for anything but this is a scam and I can't imagine how much money this place makes ripping people off during the initial evals and tacking on charges for services that were never rendered.

So absolutely pleased with my experience here. I have chronic neck/shoulder pain. Have seen 6 physical therapists and two chiropractors over ten years. Sharon Stone PT was the first and only person ever to help manage my pain. I can not recommend her enough! Not only is she extremely talented at what she does, but she is also incredibly kind and friendly.
