Shortly after arriving to the second phase of my treatment I was prematurely asked to write a review about this facility. Before ever really staring the second phase.
My personal and some of my brothers experience with this so called treatment center was terrible. When you were not lied to, you were made to feel low self esteem.
This is not an open religion facility. They will chastise you for your beliefs and threaten you if you do not convert to their way. Just for control.
They forced me to take medication that was causing me to hallucinate. And threatened to terminate my treatment so many times I finally left on my own. Jake is the primary counselor who lied the most and threatened me. There were others, but if every other word out of his mouth was not a vulgar cuss word at you or anyone he would not function. He doesn't know how to work, counsel, advise, or even respect addicts. Even if he is one. Though he touted he stoped. His behavior tells me otherwise.
I would say more, but these are just my experiences.

I just completed inpatient treatment and now going to Infinite IOP program . This place saved my life . I want to thank Alicia helping me stay when I wanted to leave on my second day . I forgot to tell her before leaving . Alica is tough but she only cares a lot about your soberity. Please give it chance to go to inpatient

This was my first time ever going to treatment so was hesitant that I could live sober and decided to go to sober living I have never been to Texas and was nervous about living somewhere that I didn’t know anyone. But from the first day in my sober living the welcome and fellowship I received was great. If you are looking to have long lasting sobriety I highly suggest infinite sober living. They have a great community facility which others do not. That allows you to meet a lot of people also going through what I am. They make themselves available and genuinely care about helping you achieve a better way of life. The houses are nice and very maintained we have high accountability in this respect which is what I needed. There is a large group of fellowship and there programming has been very beneficial. I am very grateful I came here to infinite.

So my story in deciding to go to treatment here is that Infinite Recovery was what had popped up when my Mom frantically googled treatment/detox centers as she had just found me drunk again to the point I didn't even care to hide it. I just wanted to be "put somewhere" because my life was so messed up and I was thoroughly disgusted with myself to the point I didn't want to go on. Infinite had 4.8 stars so my mom called and that same day I was admitted. This was my first time and if I keep listening to the staff here and doing the next right thing will hopefully be my last treatment center. From hearing others experiences Infinite is unlike other treatment centers, and its true there are rules you have to follow and you might not agree with them but I haven't seen one client yet who followed them regardless and has then been put in or faced with compromising situations to their sobriety. This Treatment center not only saved my life, it gave me an entirely new one and brought healing to my entire family. The way infinite attacks this disease is holistic with teachings of the 12 steps, understanding the physical and mental part of it with the science that backs it, cognitive behavior therapy, personalized recovery plan and therapy that includes family sessions, yoga to learn how to center yourself and a community that fosters the culture of -You never have to use or drink again, and you are NOT ALONE.
Why I stay and participate as an active alumni is that reason- I was not and the next cycle of people will not be alone, and that means everything to me.

The staff at Infinite in my experience, across the board, are not just incredibly passionate about what they do, but also compassionate in the actions and steps they take to help people in their early recovery and beyond. I have seen of course the way Infinite has helped me in my life, but I have also seen how they have helped in the lives of the men and women in my community and support system, and I would absolutely recommend Infinite Recovery to anyone who needs help!

It feels like this place is a scam. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized in all departments. Also, some get commission on referrals so it appears as if they send people from place to place solely for money. I’m not sure if some of the staff attended school to become counselors or therapists, but the lack of communication and unprofessionalism leads me to believe otherwise. It started off great however, the professionalism declined as we proceeded with the treatment and switched to different processes/departments per the treatment agreement. I don’t recommend.

The sober living that infinite provides has strong accountability while helping newly sober people integrate back into daily life.
