Yo tengo que decir mi experiencia en el centro es muy buena., y mas con Ana atiende a mi madre muy bien., yo no tengo quejas de ninguno de ellos y en especial a la directora Rossy muy buena persona., y el trato excelente., gracias a Dios que puedo decir que mi madre me le han dado un trato muy bueno., gracias ANA POR SER COMO ERES CON MI MADRE!! Deseo agradecer la dedicación el esfuerzo, amabilidad de el equipo de Hunter Creek. Sus enfermeras como Jazmine Saintloise a la cual le agradezco por su dedicación e interés de mi y otros pacientes. Si pudiera darle 0, se lo daría. La experiencia con mi familiar fue HORRIBLE. Durante su estadía no lo bañaron durante 3 días. Los medicamentos del dolor no llegaban. Tocaba el timbre de las enfermeras y no venían, muy groseras. Pacientes gritando durante toda la noche y día. Camas y muebles viejos y la alfombra con un olor a humedad terrible. NO LO RECOMIENDO..

We have a family member in Hunter’s Creek Nursing and Rehab Center whom we visit regularly. He’s been there several weeks. Having had family and friends in other facilities, I must say this is definitely one of the best in the area. The staff members work hard and are always busy doing their jobs. I have yet to see anyone standing around chatting. My family member, my husband and myself, could not be more proud of a facility. The food that we have seen, has been very decent and balanced too. The care given to our family member has been spot on and the staff has been very caring and good to him. Thank you all for all you do and give to the patients at your facility.

I was very skeptical to bring my mother to a skilled nursing facility, there are so many negative experiences out there that I almost brought her home, but after taking her to this one all of my prayers were answered. I was very impressed and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning dealing with Rosie in admissions was very comforting and everything was smooth from the moment she arrived, the facility was very clean and the staff were nice and supportive. My mother made a speedy recovery thanks to all the intensive therapy she received. We are all very grateful. Thank you!

Since 2017, Hunter's Creek Nursing and Rehab Center was the best decision we ever made for our Mother's care.

ALL staff, from the front office, medical, rehab, activities, nursing, diet and kitchen, maintenance and everyone involved in everyday operations, should be commended for their individual and collective efforts to provide compassionate care in this challenging line of work.

By this means I am going to tell you my experience, I took my mother from the hospital when she was discharged, I only went for therapy and the first 2 weeks everything was excellent, then I began to notice that my mother at any time during the day, always sleeping and I didn't eat because like the nurses, especially the one in the morning, they gave me 7 pills and she didn't eat and no therapy because she just wanted sleep. The pressure drops, I almost died. It makes me very sad that they don't talk, they don't walk, they don't have close relatives, and just as I tell you this, now I thank a few of them who behaved with my mother super., I start with….. Ana Miranda CNA, Jasmine ST Louis -nurse , Andrea Ruiz- nurse, Rossy-admi ,Jocelyn Lopez- SDC , Heidy Rivera - Care nurse. On the other hand, the therapy area is all excellent, super!!! 5 stars to them, they are the best.

The entire staff is awesome! Did I say entire? The entire staff is awesome! I've met the most amazing people some angels unaware. The staff is very concerned about the patients. The are professional . They ALL work very hard. I've met at least 4 staff members who travel more than an hour to and from work!
Which means they must love what they do. This place is spotless and DOESN'T smell at all, actually very fresh odor!. I'm just pleased so, if you looking for a safe, clean, warm environment. HUNTER'S CREEK IS IT!
