Disappointed with this place for overcharging a facility fee for insured patients. BE CLEAR THAT IF YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE AS AN INSURED PATIENT THAT YOU MAY BE CHARGED AN EXPENSIVE FACILITY FEE. I came to this place because it once had a reputation for helping underserved dancers and people in the entertainment industry. I respect the physical therapists but definitely advise anyone going in the future to DEMAND that your cost responsibilities be made clear upfront. Otherwise, expect to pay more than a co-pay.

Called the facility to schedule an appointment, but the receptionist was too rude that I decided to try a different provider. Langone is famous for good patient care and all other staff I’ve interacted with were friendly. Unfortunately the staff I spoke with at this place was condescending and rude.

I must admit, the staff at this facility is friendly and welcoming, but don't be fooled by their facade. It's clear that their policies are designed to benefit the facility, not the patient. Let me give you an example - if your physical therapist is running late, they will cut your session short to adhere to the scheduled appointment time, rather than starting the session clock when it actually begins. And to add insult to injury, the time lost is not made up in future sessions.

To make matters worse, the sessions are a measly thirty minutes long and feel like they go by at the speed of light. It's almost as if they're more concerned with keeping to their schedule than providing quality care to their patients. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a physical therapy provider that truly values your time and well-being.

Extremely poor policies that do not serve patients and cause more distress than the injury itself. This practice has quite literally put me through hell. Unethical. I have not been treated like a human being by doctors. Have never experienced PT like this in my life. PT staff is great but the way things are run need to change. I only hope these systems that are supposed to HELP people can be corrected.

Although my insurance covered the doctor visit, since it is located in a hospital , the hospital charges you a facility charge of $450 that nobody warns you about and insurance cannot cover. The doctor herself was very nice and knowledgeable.
