Very professional personnel. For a small town, this place is just the perfect fit for everyone needing physical therapy. April was very professional and very attentive. It's nice to have a therapist who can talk and hurt you at the same time, but it's a good healing hurt. Haha It makes the experience much more enjoyable. The main therapist was very knowledgeable and very cool. Did a great job explaining what to expect from the pain recovery. Great place!

Everyone is so friendly and they really understand your problems and are there to help you in any way they can. My therapist is Greg and he has been helping me deal with my pain and is a great therapist. I would recommend H2 Health to anyone!

The facility kept trying to schedule me at 4:30 when I needed my appointments at 4PM. Last two appointments I had to wait nearly an hour each time to be seen. After receiving my first 8 treatments, the facility told me that I had 8 treatments left, so we scheduled the remaining 8 dates. When I showed up for the first one of the 8, they told me that my insurance wouldn't pay for the remaining 8 visits. The treatment that I did receive seemed like a bandaid and not a cure. Currently my condition is as bad if not worse than when I first went in on the initial visit. Basically a waste of time.

My experiences at H2Health were excellent. All of the therapists that worked with me did an excellent job. They listened to my complaints and worked to improve my condition. I am extremely pleased with my progress throughout my treatments. I still have problems but I now know what to do to improve them. I would recommend their services to anyone needing physical therapy.
