El Nelson's pub es realmente bueno la comida de lujo, el personal del hotel es muy amigable y respetuoso. Acabamos de celebrar las bodas de oro de mi suegra, y pasamos una tarde realmente buena, el servicio como dije antes es de primera y la comida sencilla pero realmente buena.|Recomiendo altamente este pub, yo personalmente pienso volver.

Hotel situado en una bonita zona. La localización no es muy buena, aunque todo depende de dodne necesites ir. El entorno si es agradable. Tiene un SPA amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El restaurante es de buena localidad. El bar amplio y con buenos productos. Buena elección en el área!

El Luxury Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa, es un romantico y bonito hotel de 4 estrellas a 5 minutos de Chester en Cheshire y también muy cerca de Wrexham y la frontera del norte de Gales. (Ganador del Gran hotel del año 2007).

We are staying here now and have been so impressed that I wanted to write a review before I forget! Everything about our stay has been perfect. We were celebrating a special occasion and had a room upgrade and complimentary snacks which was extremely thoughtful. The room is very luxurious and the bathroom is massive with a huge bath in the centre and a walk in rain shower. We enjoyed using the pool, steam room and hot tub and my husband also booked a massage treatment. He said the therapist was excellent and very knowledgeable .|We are in Nelson’s as Palm Court was full but the food was superb. There was a slight issue with dirty glasses which was promptly and professionally definite. This is a hidden gem and we will definitely stay again!

Married here in July and had the most perfect day. Emma the wedding co ordinator was with us every step of the way guiding and advising. Nothing was too much and she had an answer to every question big or small!|On the actual day Rose was there to ensure everything ran smoothly. She was like the wedding mum to us all and we can't thank her enough for looking after us and making our day so wonderful!|The wedding breakfast meal was top notch and we had lots of compliments about the evening buffet. I think you'd be hard pushed to better the food we were served that day.|We were fortunate enough to have bright sunshine so we were able to get some fabulous photographs while our guests were able to enjoy the drinks in the beautiful gardens.|We stayed for 2 nights and had a relaxing Spa treatment and afternoon tea. It was the most perfect wedding and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

We've just returned from an overnight stay for my husband's birthday and I can genuinely say it's one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.

The hotel looks very stylish with a contemporary restaurant and stunning garden views.

Our hotel room was spacious and stylish. The hotel staff had left a happy birthday message and treat for my husband. The hotel was busy due to a wedding and baby shower however the staff still took the time to call our room to ask if everything was okay with our room. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast this morning was delicious with made to order poached eggs included in their breakfast options.

I booked the “Sweet spa escape” at the Grovesnor for my husband as a wedding present. ||The Grovesnor is a really lovely hotel- check in was a breeze, room was wonderful and I had mentioned in advance that it was a wedding present for my husband and they kindly left a note and plate of cakes in room for us which was a lovely touch. ||Dinner in the Palm Court was amazing! Food was 5 star, staff were attentive and the ambience was fantastic. Same at breakfast! ||Unfortunately the spa experience was a little strange. I don’t like being negative but just to mention a few points which I think would really help in terms of a training perspective in the spa… ||When we had lunch the 2 tables next to us weren’t cleared the whole time we were there and were full of half eaten sandwiches, numerous plates and glasses. ||We asked for the ‘artisan bread’ to start which was forgotten about. We mentioned it and it came whilst we were eating the main course. ||I ordered a chicken Caesar salad which came with no dressing on it at all. When I pointed it out the waitress went and bought a really small pot of it which was no way near enough. It was so dry but I didn’t want to make a fuss. ||We were offered a tea when we arrived but I said we were having lunch and could we have before treatment- this was forgotten about. Not a massive deal but when you’re paying a lot for the experience the little touches really make it. ||During treatment itself the fire aparm went off twice and once whilst we were in the spa!! Apparently people leave the door open in the steak room which sets it off? It really ruined the relaxing element to the treatment unfortunately… My therapist had to leave the room at one point to look into it. ||The massage itself by Lyndsey was amazing! She was so experienced and was the best massage / facial I’ve ever had! The Elemis products were gorgeous too. ||Don’t get me wrong- Overall it was great but hopefully the above pointers will just help make it a “great” experience to an “excellent” in the spa.

Was lucky to stay at this hotel for work. I felt instantly relaxed upon stepping in the reception. The room had everything I needed and more. The shower was divine. The meal at Nelson's was fab, served by a friendly waitress. They have a great pool with a beautiful Japanese garden. Their breakfast buffet is good, with a decent coffee machine. I am already planning on returning for a leisure stay, as this hotel is a gem.
