Granbury rehab and Villa is the most caring, clean, fun place. My dad was there and the staff took exceptionally good care of him. The staff was always friendly. This place is very clean.

I can speak to the people and staff running this facility. I know they have a great sense of core values. This lets me know I can trust the people working at the facility to take the best care possible of someone I love and want the best care for. These people want to serve. They do this job so they have the opportunity to do so. I know Rindy Cook will go above and beyond to help in this organization.

O my goodness! I love this home for my mom. She loves it there, the staff, the nurses love her so much, they are so kind to her, they hug her all the time, call her by her name! The place, the people, made it feel like home to me every day I visited her:)… My Aunt and I did the Friday Bingo and live music activities with her, it was a blast! She loved it, everyone was singing along to the music! The food is delicious (mom made me try it). They set up stations of coffee, lemonade, ice tea, and water for the residents, giving them independence. I love that! Mom and I took walks outside around the building, so many beautiful trees, birds, bird feeders, bird baths. There’s a giant field of wildflowers right next to the Villa. I wish so bad I could be my mom’s roommate!? I love you, Granbury Villa!!!

My Dad spent 3 weeks here at the Rehab part. EVERY SINGLE person in this place has a heart of gold! So much compassion and care. Thank you all so very much from the bottom of my heart for the care you gave my Dad. He is doing so much better and I owe it all to you!

I have been to five different nursing homes in my time of illness. And this is the best nursing home I've ever been in my whole life they are the most sweetest wonderful people they care about their patience. I definitely want to be brought back here if anything ever happens to me .

About 6 weeks ago, my Granny admitted to Granbury Rehab and Nursing after a fall at a previous facility that was left untreated for three days. They worked the referral on Saturday and called every day to check on her while she was Hospitalized. Very, very soon she will be moving to her heavenly home. I just have to talk about this facility and their staff and administration for a minute. I've been in long term care for many years now. I've worked with some of the best there is but they are exceptional at Granbury. I've worked with many DONs and Karen is the most caring, loving and dedicated I've ever seen! I've called twice this week before 6 am and both times she was already at the facility and took my call personally. When the staff felt a hospice consult was needed, Karen went above and beyond her job title and drove to my Aunt's hair salon, on a Saturday, to have the talk with her.
If you know me, you know I am very much a hot mess and very protective of those I love. Hard to handle is an accurate definition. Well that is hereditary, and there have been times we have been hard to handle. Karen has NEVER missed a beat with us and handled every need with grace.
This week when I showed up to see Granny, Karen opened her arms and hugged me tight. Her love and devotion not only to her residents but the families is astonishing and amazing. Every staff member I've came in contact with has been so eager to help and offer encouragement.
Karen and staff, you will never know how much your love and support means to our family. ?❤

I would never recommend this place nor would I ever allow my family to be put here. The Admin Kevin only cares if he can make money off a person. This building is over ran with COVID and they do nothing but cross contamation. The DON Karen is a real life Karen. I would run as far from this facility as possible. Their rooms look horrible, broken toilet's baseboards, busted, walls with holes and need painting. Shower rooms are disgusting. The list goes on. They can't keep Nursing staff either
