The experience was great . The front desk lady was very hospitable and helpful. This skilled nursing facility environment is friendly and the some of the residents were happy and enjoying the sun outside .

The administration and management of the facility is horrible. As of middle of July 2020, the administrator changed to a temporary or consultant. Staff are leaving or being terminated, being replaced by temporary direct care staff. Staff stability is so important for quality of care for residents. The current administration is not responsive to family requests for meetings. The remaining direct care staff in this facility are wonderful, they do their best to give loving care to the residents despite poor management. My Grandmother has been in this facility for 2 years, the staff were like family to her. I would not recommend this facility.

My aunt has been in this facility for several years. It seems that new Administrator is really trying to get this place up to date. My concerns that I addressed to the facility have been addressed and taken care of. I'm loving the new improvement because this place is really convenient for me and the staff really does take care of my aunt. Now that the COVID has gone down I think will see more activities for the residents. Also, found out this has memory care which really helpful for many that are looking for a place.

My mom is receiving excellent care by all of the staff that care for her here. She has been in one other facility and the level of care & concern is so wonderful here compared to the other.

Zack, the Director, checks in on her often to make sure the facility is meeting her needs. It is and we are all very happy with mom being here.

I was there recently and was very impressed! This place is under new management and is looking great! The staff seemed very caring and friendly and the facility was very clean. Nice to see nursing homes looking the way they should!

My brother is a resident at Stoneybrook. I need to discuss his care with them. This is Thursday...I have been calling since Monday. 2 or 3 times a day. NOBODY will return my calls. I guess nI will have to drive over there to talk to anyone: 40 miles each way

This place is not a place where you would want your loves it's not in good health were these people' they have fire ants in these people bed....Nurses barely do their jobs and they also strong arm folks out of their jobs....this is not a good place to work or have your loved ones there its sad... I'm ok no need to call and talk to him because I'm not take it down I'll talk to u

this place should not be open...they have had a large turn over in employees and the director stealing employees time to benefit her. they do not treat the clients good at all...and no one has complained like they really should. But I will never ever recommend anyone to work there or send anyone else there
