Lovely stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi. Greatly appreciate Alvin’s greeting and the festive setup in the room with an expansive view of the gardens surrounding the Imperial Palace. ||||The dining options were terrific, with Ramesh and Albert both going above and beyond to treat us with care. VIRTÙ specifically is an excellent social space. Meant to dine at est, but our friends had plans elsewhere, so I’ll have to give it a go next time.||||The spa is well laid out, and the treatment room for my massage had one of the best views I’ve ever seen in a treatment room. Concierge staff are good, despite a small mixup about the availability of a reservation. Pool and gym are both top notch, as are the baths.||||Greatly appreciate the kind sendoff and arrangement for a swift taxi. Alvin and Uday should be proud of their team and they have my thanks for an excellent stay.

Beautiful location with a view of the city, gardens and imperial palace. Spa services also incredible and they made my birthday so special. I really appreciated the concierge team a lot and I enjoyed the views over Tokyo every day from sunrise to sunset. I did not realise that the bar we have at the hotel is rated one of the top cocktail bars in the world! Four Seasons is known for their customer service and I felt they maintained that high quality reputation.

The hotel greeted me indifferently and negatively. I was told that my credit card was not accepted or that there was no money on it. The hotel employee made two attempts, and after the transaction was refused, he indifferently returned the card, offering to change the hotel. It was outrageous! The fact that I did not move to another hotel was due to the fact that it was early in the morning, and I was very tired from the road. Only for this reason I began to demand attention from the hotel staff. And a miracle happened, it turns out that the hotel POS terminal does not always work correctly. I was offered to pay via a link, which I did. They checked me in, but I felt like they were doing me a favor! It was a very negative and humiliating experience! Later, at the hotel I was never able to use my card, although during my stay in Tokyo, not a single establishment or store refused to accept my credit card payment! The only place in Tokyo where they refused to accept payment by my card was the hotel! I am a regular guest of Four Seasons hotels all over the world, but only in Tokyo have I encountered such indifference! |I was outraged and wrote in the hotel chat that such behavior is unacceptable. And after a long correspondence, the hotel offered to upgrade the room category. True, this upgrade was with an extra charge for the difference between the room category that the hotel wanted to offer as an apology, and the one I wanted. But the hotel did this not because it felt guilty, but only because I insisted on it. |First impressions will no longer be good! |Yes, the hotel is well equipped, it has a great location, new renovation, but you can't treat customers like this! Will I return to this hotel - never! |The hotel made me feel humiliated! |And one more thing for those who want to come here: the kitchen in the hotel for room service is very mediocre. The price of the hotel does not match the service!

Having traveled to a dozen Four Seasons globally, the Four Seasons Hotel in Tokyo stands out as one of my absolute favorites. While the location might not be ideal for walking around, the views from this hotel are truly breathtaking. Situated extremely high up, the hotel offers panoramic views of the city and the park.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room. The amenities inside the room are fantastic, from the luxurious pajamas, which we ended up purchasing to bring home, to the meticulous attention to detail that the Japanese are known for.

The service was exceptional. Although we encountered a small issue during our stay, it was quickly resolved, showcasing the staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction. The breakfast offered at the hotel was amazing, contributing to an overall delightful experience. The food, views, service, and rooms were all top-notch.

Additionally, the hotel gym is well-equipped and also offers great views, making workouts more enjoyable. I can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel.

In summary, the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo provides an outstanding experience with its incredible views, exceptional service, beautiful rooms, and excellent amenities. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next stay.

Of the 4 different cities we’ve stayed at the Four Seasons in, this one is exceptional.|The staff were genuinely invested in where we were going, how best for us to get there and what would make our experience great/better.|Kevin is one of the best concierges we have had the pleasure of suggesting to us how to make our experiences in Tokyo great. |The Virtu Bar had fabulous staff, Ramesh and Graham, who mix a terrific cocktail. The peach Negroni is amazing. The city view and interaction with staff was a highlight for us.|Close to the subway and train lines, great shops/restaurants in the basement and a beautiful precinct to walk in the morning. |We will be back in January as we loved Tokyo/the hotel so much.

I didn't stay at the four season, just went to the spa. The facility was lovely and well stocked. Very clean with beautiful views. I had a facial and a massage with Mei and she was absolutely wonderful. Probably one of the best massages I've ever had. She's a lovely human as well. Id highly recommend.

Centrale, curato, elegante, attenzione maniacale per i clienti (come in tutti i Four Seasons). Vista meravigliosa da quasi tutti gli angoli dell’hotel. Spazi comuni molto curati ed eleganti. Piscina spettacolare. Ottima la colazione ed ottimo l’aperitivo con tapas la sera. Gentilissima la reception che ci ha aiutato in tante piccole cose.|Il miglior albergo nel quale abbia soggiornato a Tokyo…mi sforzo di trovare almeno un punto di miglioramento, ma non mi viene in mente 🙂
