I have seen a tremendous level of care by encompass health! I had family members admitted for care. I recently moved to the area and in my background in healthcare I decided to join the team. I spent 2 week at the Encompass rehab facility after my heart attack. They went all out to make me feel welcome. The staff was wonderful. Very attentive, made sure I was feeling ok, and realized that I was a heart patient, not a body builder. We set daily goals, and my therapists helped me achieve them. The food, in general was excellent. Also I did not feel like a prisoner in my own room. My stay there was helpful, and enjoyable.

The rehab center, is very friendly 100 recommend. everyone there is very friendly and caring. The doctors and case manager was very helpful. The nurses and CNAs made me feel at home. Answered my call lights promptly and made sure I was well taken care of. The therapists and the Rehab program is very excellent. The staff takes their time with you and helps to restore your injuries faster . My family and I are very satisfied with the time I have spent at Encompass.

I wouldn’t put a loved one in this rehab ever again. My mom was admitted on 10/13. When I got there on Saturday morning she was in so much pain and couldn’t move. Dr’s kept saying they could treat her and she would be fine . I kept asking for help due to her struggle to breath and severe pain. They did not want to call 911 until we demanded it. By the next morning my mother had passed away. Please be aware.
If I could give zero stars I would.

I am so grateful for this wonderful place after my surgery. I could not imagine being sent home after surgery since I live alone. The doctors, nurses, support staff are professional, respectful, and compassionate. The physical and occupational therapists have helped me begin the journey back to independent living. I brliev Medicare should be expanded but know that will only happen when our legislators decide to be more thoughtful, caring and accountable for so many who are in need. Places like Encompass should be expanded.

Encompass Health is a special rehab facility. 86 year young Mom has been to several rehabs & this one stands apart from the others. They truly care about her well being & Mom not only gets stronger but her spirit is uplifted. Imho, that intangible is priceless. I can’t say enough glowing remarks about this team. The drs nurses (shout out nurse Mary!) pharmacist and specialty therapists are thorough & outstanding. She does ST, OT, PT & they’ve even takin the time to video Mom smiling ear to ear after shooting an epic “swoosh” thru their BB hoop outside. Who does that? Encompass Health.
Rose Nightingale our point of contact RN extraordinaire is an Angel. She’s knowledgeable, patient, kind & attentive to Mom’s very specific needs & ensures they’re communicated effectively to the team. As Mom’s adult caregiver, it’s beyond comforting to know she’s in great hands at Encompass.
