First timer.
I really loved my Swedish massage. My masseuse was Kathy, she was kind, asked if I was comfortable during the massage. I wish to spend like another hour in there. The amenities are great !!! They have sauna too available when you reserve a service. Also, the hotel where the local is located is beautiful. I would definitely try to come back. All the staff was friendly since reception, cleaning staff, everyone.

I only wish I knew my masseuse’s name. She was so so so good. It was undoubtedly the best massage I have ever had. After flying & a lot of long road trips I was especially tight & she fixed me right up. I didn’t utilize any of the other features, but having a spa right in the hotel that was amazing is priceless.

I think I just had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life here. Do yourself a favor and book a massage with Kim! She is an absolute master, the way she knew exactly where I needed attention, she was so intuitive and caring, used just the right amount of pressure. I’ve been working through some emotional and physical issues and she just knew exactly where I needed attention! She worked on the areas I needed work on with such care and strength. I’m absolutely rejuvenated and got just what I needed and more. Will definitely be back! The spa itself is a nice and relaxing setting, the temperature was comfortable, they sell great products, prices reasonable, and the staff was lovely.

Location: a little hard to find. Signage in the hotel lobby did not show the spa. The inner area of the spa looks like rickety old hotel lobby. I felt very exposed in my bathrobe.
Spa foyer: clean, if a little cluttered. No one at reception when I arrived for my appointment.
Customer service: receptionist was very nice but failed to explain where to go after I undressed.
Massage: unbelievably good! My masseuse was Kathy. She is a tiny woman-under 5’ (I am a plus sized lady, 5’6”). She is small but mighty!! I got the massage I needed for my aching back and leg. I felt so much better after the massage. Worth all the not-so-great rest of the experience.

I was really looking forward to this based on the reviews, however it was not what I expected. The venue is very 'vintage' and old - like a hotel bar converted into a massage place. My masseuse did not speak English at all. She did not ask me any questions about pressure or focus areas. She used her elbows and forearm for most of the massage, and was massaging directly on my spine (very unsafe). The lotion/oil she was using smelled off / old too. It was a very expensive massage, and did not meet my expectations at all.

No one was at the desk upon arrival, there was a line of people waiting to check in, service started 20 minutes late and I Did not receive the correct service, I was charged a $30 "rescheduling fee" and there was No manager on site to correct the issue, and the issue is still unresolved. They were not apologetic or proactive about fixing the issue.
Sauna doesn’t get hot, lockers don't work and the facilities are old and feel unclean.

I was not entirely happy with the service I received today. My masseuse did not speak English. First, the appointment started late. I’m accustomed to being asked what type of pressure I would like to receive and if there any parts of my body that I would not like to be touched. I’m used to being asked if I would like an additional blanket or having a heated table/pad. During the session, the masseuse’s phone rang and later she received additional messages. She did not stop to answer it, but it was distracting. My friend and I completed the survey at the beginning and requested that we have an aromatherapy oil massage. We did not receive it, but we also were not charged so that was good. While overall our massages were good, there was definitely a difference in the style and approach, even though we both requested a Swedish massage. In the bathroom, the ceiling tiles had mold growing on them. For the rating we saw online, the price of the service, and the mandatory 20% gratuity, I expected a better experience.

The staff was very kind and thoughtful. Therapist Kristy was very helpful and did a great job. I came here on recommendation of my wife and would come back again.
