I have never been to rehab before. I came to Florida from Washington stat because of the reputation Desert Rose had. Desert Rose was not just a detox, a place to sober up. It was a mind and body learning experience. They manage my medications. They provided massage, pressure point, and other wellness therapies. They go into great depths to not only help me detox but they educated me on why I am an addict. How to manage my addiction. My family was included in my treatment. They provided very comfortable housing, outings and daily AA meetings.
The techs make it a personal experience. They really look at individuals needs and personalize their care.
There were several changes at the first of the year. Tiffany and KellyAnn did a great job in keeping us current and working through what the changes meant for us.
I have NO INTENTION of returning here because I am clean and sober and have every expectation to stay that way.

My son did very well there with help from drug addiction,physical Rehab and mainly his mental health diagnosis. I do feel like he was discharged to soon after only two months.I feel like a 6 month to One year would be so much better. We paid cash and could have continued paying for longer treatment.He needed much more Mental health treatment to learn copi g skills and life skills. He was born bi- polar and was diagnosed there with other mental illness that his original psychiatrist did not reveal.
They were very good about follow up calls to check his progress.

I had a bad experience with a different rehab center, but this time I'm seeing improvement in my son recovery for good, I will keep praying for his wellbeing since we still on the process but I can assure that any personnel involved in my son treatment deserves a twenty start review! , special thanks to Walter Roberts who showed me patience and professionalism during the checking process. This place saved my life. I will forever be grateful to the staff. They were kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. When I was a client there, it was the first time in years that I laughed. They helped me gain confidence. They taught me how to take care of myself. They gave me the foundation I needed for recovery and success. When I got there I was lost, depressed and hopeless. Now I have been clean for almost 5 years. I have my son back, I married my soulmate and now I work in the treatment field! I never thought I could be this happy. I owe it all to Desert Rose.

I want to sing the praises of the staff at this facility and the program. At first it was difficult to deal with because of the transition from one company to the other, but once I was settled in thing went as expected. The staff helped me in ways I never thought to do for myself. The experience was wonderful from start to finish and I hope they continue with the excellent service.

Desert Rose saved my life. It is very easy to tell if a treatment center really cares or not, and everyone at Desert Rose truly does. Jacob, the owner, is there every day and even runs groups. They gave me all the tools I needed to stay sober, and for that I am forever grateful. EVERYONE from the director, to the owner, to the therapists and BHTs are top notch. This isn't your typical South Florida treatment center. I've been to quite a few, and this place is BY FAR the best. I could seriously write a book about all of the great things about this place. I will never, ever forget the memories I made there, and the change they instilled in me. THANK YOU DESERT ROSE! -Hunter

Everyone in ft pierce took great care of me which i will NEVER forget. they got me back on track. IN Palm beach i wish the medical staff would have been more helpful during my stay and after i left. i needed copies of my medical records they have at Desert Rose but they ignored my request several times. All i wanted was a copy of the meds i was taking to take to my primary DR. BUT THE MEDICAL STAFF DR. NURSE BLEW ME OFF.
BUT AGAIN HIGH PRAISE FOR THE FT PIERCE STAFF(5 STARS)
palm beach gardens is A JOKE THEY REQUIRE YOU OR FORCE YOU TAKE DRUG TEST 3 DAYS A WEEK AND WHEN YOU GET OUT YOU GET A BILL TO PAY FOR THESE TEST..WHAT A JOKE

Really good, thorough PHP program. Learned a lot of information about my addiction and mental health. The EMDR sessions were really helpful for my trauma as well. Definitely recommend for people coming out of a residential treatment center.
