This place is amazing if you need to detox from opioids this is the best place . I have been to many rehabs and this place by far was the best for me . The staff is hands down the best in the business they really care about their patients. They try their best to make sure you are comfortable I recommend this place over anywhere. I’m going to miss all the nurses that’s how nice they was to me . I greatly appreciate everything they done for me . They are angels at that facility. I highly recommend this place to anybody wanting to change their life they will help you get there. Thanks again for everything Fairbanks much love.

apparently if you go to the ER because you need meds to keep you from dying with withdrawals, and then they refer you to fairbanks they’re going to turn you down, even if you get the clearance from fairbanks corporate saying that you need to finish detox there. this facility is a joke and has always been helpful to my family until now. RCA has been much more understanding and patient and helpful and overall a much nicer facility.

Denied because I have a brace on my knee and they said cause it's not stable, I thought y'all was for recovery addiction stuff? If I didn't have surgery I wouldn't need help y'all are pathetic and need to not turn away a addict

It's disheartening to see negative reviews. Nonetheless, My experience from the staff was one of the utmost empathy. They really care. That is the impression I received upon admittance and discharge.

If you're having a drug problem GO HERE not valley Vista. You can show up drunk or high, or even actively withdrawing. The staff is absolutely amazing and they can help you make arrangements for living, for therapy, the works. And you can smoke cigarettes here too, it's not psych ward level security so you can bring some personal possessions. The only downside is no cell phone.

Absolutely horrible, I called February 15, 2024 because I am worried that I may not survive much longer living this lifestyle. Did everything I have been asked. Was set up for a phone assessment the next day. Which I am at hospital for delivery of my child. Still I accepted the option to be called. Even verified this morning, but since I'm not there people who walk in the door are priority. What a great system, if I don't survive another month. Hope your proud of your business practices. Because my death will be because I didn't walk in off the street. If every recovery center worked that way nobody would be free from this life of addiction. Unfortunately by the look they only thank people for feedback if it's a good review. Disgusting you pick and choose priority of life over a phone call or in person assessment. If I don't survive the month I hope you know my life wasn't important because you preferred see someone walk in the door.

Took a loved one to this place last night, having called ahead and told they could help her with her alcohol addiction and she could be admitted. Upon arrival, we were told that they would not admit her, yet wanted to offer out treatment. She's already in an out treatment program and knows she needs more. They wanted to put her on a prescription for Klonopin, which she immediately refused. She told them she isn't trying to change one addiction for another. This place is a joke. They truly exposed themselves in less than 1 hour and we walked out. DON’T send your loved ones here if you want them free from addiction. Welcome to the reality of how this particular place claims to "help". It's a flat out lie.
