The worst! It started with an extremely long phone call to get an appointment. First I talked to a lady and explained what I needed an appointment for, she was rude and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I should've just trusted my gut and hung up. Then she had to refer me to someone else to actually schedule the appointment. They're inflexible and basically say it's this date and time, no matter if it fits your schedule or not.
When I arrived there the first time another lady was already waiting at their front desk, she was not acknowledged by staff. No one came, 10 min passed. Someone finally showed up and did her stuff, no one acknowledged my presence. It's not too hard to greet someone and ask what their appointment time is etc.
Another red flag I shouldn't have ignored!
Finally, 25 min after my appointment time, I was finally seen, Dr. Castrejon examined me briefly, didn't take any measurements of my decreased range of motion.
At check out I noticed that the name on my file was spelled incorrectly (it's a normal name, nothing foreign), even though I spelled it on the phone and gave them 10 pages of patient information all with my name on it. I pointed it out. I'm just saying this because the next time my name was still spelled incorrectly and I also got a referral with the incorrect name on it. That's how much attention is paid there, just that you know.
At my last appointment I was even told that I didn't have an appointment that day - which was untrue of course, but that's just the way they're organized (not at all). They eventually figured out that they still had the schedule from the prior day. And that was at noon.
I had another test done somewhere else and he gave me wrong information about the findings - when I got home I googled it quickly and figured out that he told me the complete opposite of what is true. He wasn't knowledgeable at all and tried to come up with explanations that were quickly proven wrong by a 10 min internet search.
At the end of my treatment I didn't feel better/worse, I filled out their form they give you every time you go there, filled out the pain scale, marked where my pain (still) was, but Dr. Castrejon ignored this and stated that I am completely pain free. He made a false statement, this should be looked into by the state medical board.
